复杂建设工程项目协同管理机制与方法研究

【摘要】:本文基于复杂系统理论、协同论和博弈论,,在对复杂建设工程项目系统复杂性分析的基础上,从三个方面研究了复杂建设工程项目中主要参与方的协同管理机制与方法:一是如何消除主要参与方之间的目标差异,实现目标协同优化;二是如何构建有利于协同管理的协同文化,降低主要参与方组织文化差异对协同管理的不利影响;三是如何实现项目信息协同和有效沟通,降低信息交流与沟通障碍对项目协同管理的不利影响。本论文主要有以下五个创新性研究成果: 1.基于复杂系统理论,揭示出基于自身利益的目标差异、基于不同信念与价值观的组织文化差异和信息交流与沟通不畅是影响协同管理的三大关键因素,从而创新性地提出目标一致性、协同文化、信息共享是建设工程项目协同管理系统的三个序参量; 2.从社会学、心理学、组织行为学视角,创新性地揭示了业主、设计、监理、承包商四大主要参与方的动机、期望及关注的目标优先排序,建立了业主成本与工期目标协同优化模型、承包商成本与工期目标协同优化模型,并基于博弈论,构建了业主与承包商在工期目标上的博弈优化模型; 3.揭示了组织文化中影响协同管理的关键因素及影响机理,提出了协同管理环境下的协同文化核心价值观及协同文化构建机制; 4.揭示了信息协同与有效沟通对项目管理协同的影响,基于计算机和信息技术,提出建设工程信息模型(BIM)、多维CAD、项目信息门户(PIP)是实现项目信息协同的重要技术与工具,分析研究了沟通障碍、有效沟通特征及开发有效沟通的技能; 5.通过实证研究,揭示了目前我国建设工程项目主要参与方间协同水平、部门间协同水平、人际关系水平、等级观念、管理风格、信息交流与沟通水平状况及主要参与方间冲突原因,应用多元统计方法验证了部门协同、人际关系、等级观念、管理风格、信息交流与沟通与参与方间协同水平与冲突水平的典型相关性。
[Abstract]:Based on complex system theory, coordination theory and game theory, this paper analyzes the complexity of complex construction project system. This paper studies the cooperative management mechanism and methods of the main participants in complex construction projects from three aspects: first, how to eliminate the differences between the main participants and achieve the goal coordination optimization; The second is how to build a collaborative culture that is conducive to collaborative management, and how to reduce the negative impact of the main participants' organizational cultural differences on collaborative management; third, how to achieve project information synergy and effective communication. Reduce the negative impact of information exchange and communication barriers on collaborative project management. This paper has the following five innovative research results: 1. Based on the theory of complex system, the differences of goals based on self-interest, differences of organizational culture based on different beliefs and values, and poor information exchange and communication are the three key factors that affect collaborative management. Therefore, three order parameters of construction project collaborative management system are proposed innovatively: goal consistency, cooperative culture and information sharing. 2. From the perspective of sociology, psychology and organizational behavior, this paper innovatively reveals the motivations, expectations and priorities of the four major participants, namely, the owner, the design, the supervision, and the contractor. Based on the game theory, the cooperative optimization model of the cost and duration objectives of the employer and the contractor is established, and the game optimization model between the owner and the contractor on the target of the construction period is constructed. 3. This paper reveals the key factors and influencing mechanism of collaborative management in organizational culture, and puts forward the core values of collaborative culture and the construction mechanism of collaborative culture under collaborative management environment. 4. This paper reveals the influence of information collaboration and effective communication on project management collaboration. Based on computer and information technology, this paper puts forward the construction engineering information model (BIM), multidimensional CAD, and the project information portal (PIP) is an important technology and tool to realize project information collaboration. Analysis of communication barriers, effective communication characteristics and development of effective communication skills; 5. Through the empirical research, this paper reveals the level of coordination among the main participants, the level of inter-departmental coordination, the level of interpersonal relationship, the concept of hierarchy, and the management style of construction projects in China. The level of information exchange and communication and the causes of conflicts among the main participants were verified by using multivariate statistical methods, such as department cooperation, interpersonal relationship, hierarchical concept, management style, etc. The typical correlation between the level of information exchange and communication and the level of synergy between participants and the level of conflict.
