液压挖掘机设计及研究

【摘要】:液压挖掘机是工程机械的一个重要机种,它的出现是工程领域的革命,它在减轻繁重的体力劳动,保证工程质量,加快建设速度以及提高劳动生产率方面起着十分重要的作用。挖掘机整机性能高低已成为影响工程施工进度的关键,对工程施工有着重大影响。根据相关设计标准和行业的要求,对液压挖掘机的整机进行总体设计。确定了主要性能参数,并对各主要技术参数进行了计算和校核,使之达到设计要求。通过对挖装机工作时典型工况的负载分析,确定挖掘机液压系统主要相关参数的参数值,并以此为依据,对液压系统中包括主泵、行走马达、回转马达等元件参数进行设计计算,确定系统冷却部分相关参数。根据国内外相关学者对挖掘机挖装力的分析研究,提出挖掘机各液压缸理论挖装力及整机理论挖装力的定义及计算方法;阐述挖装机进行挖装作业时的特殊工况,对挖掘机动臂和斗杆进行了强度计算。应用SolidWorks三维建模软件对反铲工作机构进行实体建模,并导入SolidWorks Simulation中,进行有限元结构静力分析,获取其应力应变分布规律,为工作装置优化设计及结构改进提供了理论参考。本文对挖掘机整机及其工作装置的研究方法和研究成果,对相关机型的设计改进具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic excavator is an important type of construction machinery. Its appearance is a revolution in engineering field. It plays a very important role in lightening heavy physical labor, ensuring engineering quality, speeding up construction speed and increasing labor productivity. The performance of excavator has become the key to the progress of engineering construction and has a significant impact on engineering construction. According to relevant design standards and industry requirements, the overall design of hydraulic excavator. The main performance parameters are determined, and the main technical parameters are calculated and checked to meet the design requirements. Based on the load analysis of typical working conditions of excavator, the main parameters of hydraulic system of excavator are determined. Based on this, the main pump and walking motor are included in hydraulic system. The parameters of the rotary motor and other components are designed and calculated to determine the relevant parameters of the cooling part of the system. According to the analysis and study of excavator's excavator loading force by relevant scholars at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the definition and calculation method of the excavator's theoretical excavating force and the whole machine's theoretical excavating force, and expounds the special working conditions of the excavator's excavating and loading operation. The strength of moving arm and bucket rod of excavator is calculated. The 3D modeling software of SolidWorks is used to model the backhoe working mechanism, and the static analysis of finite element structure is carried out in SolidWorks Simulation, and the stress and strain distribution law is obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the optimization design and structural improvement of the working device. This paper has a certain guiding significance for the design and improvement of excavator's whole machine and its working device.
