超高强水泥基灌浆料配制试验研究

【摘要】:灌浆料是由水泥、外加剂(减水剂、膨胀剂、早强剂、消泡剂等)、集料和矿物掺合料等材料拌合在一起的干混料,加水搅拌后,,具有高流动性、高强度和微膨胀等特点,因此灌浆料得到了更加广泛的应用。 近些年装配式钢筋混凝土结构成为我国建筑结构发展的重要方向之一,装配式混凝土结构的节点连接对灌浆料的强度要求较高。针对灌浆料强度的问题,研究了灌浆料各组成材料在不同掺量的情况下,对灌浆料流动度和强度等性能的影响。将普通硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥进行复配,得到两者的最佳掺量(3:7),可明显改善灌浆料的流动性能,提高灌浆料的强度。通过在灌浆料中加入一定量的硅灰,可明显减少灌浆料表面的气泡,改善灌浆料的表面状态。通过改变灌浆料中标准砂的掺量,研究其对灌浆料的性能影响,将标准砂换成石英砂,进一步研究石英砂掺量对灌浆料的性能影响,并配制出1d抗压强度达到40MPa、28d抗压强度达到100MPa的灌浆料。 通过以上试验得到各组成材料的掺量后,通过正交试验进一步优化配合比。选取状态良好、强度高等性能良好的灌浆料进行耐久性能试验,试验结果表明配制的灌浆料具有良好的耐碱性能和耐硫酸盐性能。 最后对灌浆料微观性能进行研究。从微观方面分析出灌浆料的主要水化产物是钙矾石和水化硅酸钙,以及灌浆料不同龄期强度变化的原因,为超高强水泥基灌浆料的应用提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:The grouting material is a dry mixture mixed with cement, admixture (water reducer, expander, early strength agent, defoamer, etc.), aggregate and mineral admixture, etc. After mixing with water, it has the characteristics of high fluidity, high strength and micro expansion. Therefore, the grouting material has been more widely used. In recent years, the fabricated reinforced concrete structure has become one of the important directions of the development of the building structure in China. The joint connection of the fabricated concrete structure requires high strength of the grouting material. In view of the problem of grouting material strength, the influence of the composition of grouting material on the fluidity and strength of grouting material was studied. The optimum dosage (3:7) of ordinary Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement is obtained, which can obviously improve the fluidity of grouting material and the strength of grouting material. By adding a certain amount of silica fume to the grouting material, the bubble on the surface of the grouting material can be obviously reduced and the surface state of the grouting material can be improved. By changing the content of standard sand in grouting material, the effect of standard sand on the performance of grouting material is studied, and the standard sand is replaced by quartz sand, and the effect of the content of quartz sand on the performance of grouting material is further studied. The grouting material with 1d compressive strength up to 40MPa / 28d and 100MPa was prepared. The mixture ratio was optimized by orthogonal test after the content of each component material was obtained through the above experiments. The results show that the grouting material has good alkali resistance and sulfate resistance. Finally, the microscopic properties of grouting materials are studied. The main hydration products of the grouting materials are ettringite and calcium silicate hydrated, and the reasons for the change of the strength of the grouting materials at different ages are analyzed from the microscopic point of view, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of ultra-high strength cement based grouting materials.
