高校宿舍环境与学生健康关系的研究

【摘要】:高校学生宿舍是学生生活的主要场所之一,宿舍环境对学生的身体健康和学习效率具有重大影响。我国学生宿舍人员密度大,大多采用自然通风的形式。冬季及过渡季节,室外温度低,宿舍门窗紧闭,更易造成宿舍环境污染,对学生的身体健康造成严重影响。本课题对我国夏热冬冷地区学生宿舍环境与学生身体健康之间的关系进行研究。 本次调查研究于2013年3月至5月进行,研究对象为南京师范大学紫金校区1042名在校学生和256间宿舍。首先通过调查问卷得出学生宿舍环境以及身体健康状况的信息,宿舍环境问题主要包括宿舍潮湿、室内不良气味感知等,身体健康问题主要包括呼吸道疾病及其症状、病态建筑综合症等。 应用SPSS(Statistic Package for the Social Science),即社会科学统计软件包分析数据。得出有潮湿表征的宿舍内不良气味感知的比例高于无潮湿表征的宿舍;潮湿表征、不良气味感知、吸烟增加感冒及呼吸道疾病症状爆发的危险;潮湿表征、蟑螂与湿疹之间存在显著相关性;宿舍潮湿、不良气味感知、蟑螂是学生出现病态建筑综合症的危险因素。 同时,利用CO2检测仪连续监测宿舍内CO2浓度的变化,并计算通风量。得出宿舍内夜晚CO2浓度高,夜晚稳定阶段,6人宿舍CO2浓度平均值比4人宿舍高58.74%,通风量平均值高7.5%。 通过本次研究对夏热冬冷地区高校宿舍环境及学生身体健康状况有了初步了解,并初步探讨了宿舍环境与学生身体健康的关系。为改善高校学生宿舍环境,保证学生身体健康提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The dormitory is one of the main places of students' life, and the environment of dormitory has great influence on students' health and study efficiency. Our country student dormitory personnel density is big, mostly uses the natural ventilation form. Winter and transition season, the outdoor temperature is low, the dormitory doors and windows are closed, it is easy to cause the dormitory environment pollution, which has a serious impact on the students' health. This paper studies the relationship between dormitory environment and students' health in hot summer and cold winter area in China. The study was conducted from March to May 2013. The subjects were 1042 students and 256 dormitories in Zijin campus of Nanjing normal University. First of all, through the questionnaire to obtain the student dormitory environment and health status information, dormitory environment problems mainly include hostel damp, indoor bad smell perception, physical health problems mainly include respiratory diseases and their symptoms, Sick building syndrome, etc. SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Science), is used to analyze the data in the social science statistical software package. The results showed that the proportion of bad smell perception in the hostel with humidity indication was higher than that in the non-humid room; the humidity sign, bad smell perception, smoking increased the risk of cold and respiratory disease symptom outbreak; There was a significant correlation between cockroaches and eczema. At the same time, the change of CO2 concentration in dormitory was continuously monitored by CO2 detector, and ventilation was calculated. The results showed that the concentration of CO2 was high in the dormitory at night, the average CO2 concentration in the dormitory was 58.74 higher than that in the four dormitory, and the average ventilation volume was 7.5% higher in the stable stage of the night. Through this study, we have a preliminary understanding of the dormitory environment and students' physical health in the hot summer and cold winter areas, and discuss the relationship between the dormitory environment and the students' physical health. In order to improve the environment of college students dormitory, to ensure the health of students to provide reference.
