A建筑施工项目安全管理体系研究

【摘要】:本文借鉴国内外的相关安全理论和实际经验,针对A项目的施工安全管理资料进行了调查,并就现场勘查了A项目安全管理的现状,利用安全管理理论的相关经验,对存在的安全管理问题进行了划分,并提出了解决问题的思路和方案,提升安全管理能够使A建筑项目持续稳定的发展。得出A施工项目的安全管理经历了PDCA从计划、实施、检查到改进等四个阶段,改进阶段并不是该安全管理体系的终止,相反上述四个阶段形成一个循环,周而复始;A施工项目安全管理的核心工作是识别出导致危险发生的事故源;建立与项目安全管理体系相适应的管理制度是保障A施工项目顺利开展的有效措施,而且加强法制建设、建设良好的项目安全管理文化,也体现了人文关怀和安全管理目标的实现。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant safety theory and practical experience at home and abroad, this paper investigates the construction safety management data of project A, and makes use of the relevant experience of safety management theory to investigate the present situation of safety management of project A on the spot. The existing safety management problems are divided, and the ideas and schemes to solve the problems are put forward, so that the safety management can make the A construction project develop steadily and continuously. It is concluded that the safety management of A construction project has gone through four stages of PDCA from plan, implementation, inspection to improvement. The improvement stage is not the termination of the safety management system. On the contrary, the above four phases form a cycle. The core work of the safety management of A construction project is to identify the accident sources that lead to the dangerous occurrence, and to establish a management system suitable to the safety management system of the project is an effective measure to ensure the smooth development of the A construction project. Moreover, strengthening the legal system construction and building a good project safety management culture also reflect the realization of humanistic concern and safety management goal.
