混凝土再生微粉基本性能及其活化技术

【摘要】:随着建筑业的迅猛发展、不可再生资源的日益减少,对建筑废弃物再利用的研究已经成为国内外一项重要的课题。本研究主要是对废弃混凝土经破碎筛分后得到的混凝土再生微粉的研究。 混凝土再生微粉与普通水泥存在差异,通过对再生微粉的一些基本性质进行分析,主要包括再生微粉的制备、再生微粉的物理性质、化学性质的分析,初步了解再生微粉;在了解其基本的物理化学性质后,通过胶砂试验研究再生微粉对胶砂试件的抗折强度和抗压强度的影响,,并通过在试件中加入碱性激发剂Ca(OH)2和Na2SiO39H2O,以及物理研磨细化加工的方法处理再生微粉这三种活性激发方法,研究如何提高再生微粉活性激发,选出最佳的再生微粉的活性激发配比。 再生混凝土的抗压强度和抗碳化性能是多方面因素共同作用的结果,本试验还研究了再生微粉作为矿物掺合料,按照一定的比例等量取代水泥后,其立方体抗压试件的抗压强度以及混凝土棱柱体的碳化深度,并与相同配比的普通混凝土试件、粉煤灰混凝土试件的抗压强度以及碳化深度相对比,分析再生微粉对混凝土立方体抗压试件强度的影响,以及对混凝土棱柱体抗碳化性能的影响。研究中重点考虑了矿物掺合料的种类(再生微粉、粉煤灰)与取代率(0%、10%、20%、30%)、水胶比(0.54、0.61)和活性激发方法(化学激发和物理激发)这三个因素对混凝土抗压强度性能以及抗碳化性能的影响,并分析不同活性激发处理后再生微粉混凝土、普通混凝土、粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度和抗碳化性能的差异。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry and the decrease of non-renewable resources, the research on the reuse of construction waste has become an important topic at home and abroad. This paper mainly studies the recycled fine powder of waste concrete after crushing and screening. There are some differences between concrete recycled micro-powder and ordinary cement. Some basic properties of recycled micro-powder are analyzed, including preparation of regenerated micro-powder, physical property and chemical property of regenerated micro-powder, and preliminary understanding of regenerated micro-powder. After understanding its basic physical and chemical properties, the influence of regenerated micro-powder on the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement sand specimen was studied by the test of cement sand. By adding alkaline activators Ca (OH) _ 2 and Na2SiO39H2O, into the specimen and treating the regenerated micro-powder by physical grinding and refining, this paper studies how to improve the activity excitation of the regenerated micro-powder. The best activation ratio of regenerated powder was selected. The compressive strength and carbonation resistance of recycled concrete are the result of many factors. The compressive strength of the cube compression specimen and the carbonation depth of the concrete prism are compared with the compressive strength and the carbonization depth of the ordinary concrete specimen and the fly ash concrete specimen with the same ratio. The influence of regenerated micro-powder on the strength of concrete cube compression specimen and on the carbonation resistance of concrete prism is analyzed. The research focuses on the types of mineral admixtures (regenerated micropowder, The effects of fly ash and substitution ratio (0%), water / binder ratio (0.540.61) and active excitation method (chemical excitation and physical excitation) on compressive strength and carbonation resistance of concrete were analyzed. Difference in compressive strength and carbonation resistance of ordinary concrete and fly ash concrete.
