从工序控制谈核电厂施工现场精细管理

【摘要】：国内经济发展正处于转型时期,作为施工企业,也处于转型的潮流中,如何从以往的粗放型管理方式转变为精细型施工管理方式,成为整个施工行业需要考虑的事情。作者结合核电厂施工经验,从工序控制影响进度、质量、安全、成本等方面谈核电厂施工现场该如何进行精细管理。
[Abstract]:Domestic economic development is in the transition period, as a construction enterprise, but also in the trend of transformation, how to change from the previous extensive management mode to the fine construction management mode, become the whole construction industry to consider the matter. Based on the experience of nuclear power plant construction, the author discusses how to manage the construction site of nuclear power plant from the aspects of process control, quality, safety, cost and so on.
