川渝传统乡镇公共空间优化研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着中国城镇化的不断推进和深入,乡镇逐渐成为城镇化的主要力量,在促进国民经济发展和改善人居环境方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。乡镇城镇化的核心是强调人的城镇化,通过乡镇的城镇化发展来平衡城乡经济发展和社会人文、生态环境的关系,促进城乡空间一体化推进。乡镇公共空间的是联系人与自然、乡镇的重要平台,它的发展对推进乡镇空间城镇化具有重要意义。我国快速的城镇化进程中,过度专注城镇化带来的经济效益,对传统乡镇公共空间所具有的价值不够重视,导致许多传统公共空间被拆除重建,造成了传统空间的衰败和历史文化价值的殒灭。在当下城镇化深入发展的过程中,关注传统公共空间的优化传承具有重要意义。本文以川渝传统乡镇公共空间为研究对象,在尊重乡镇原有自然环境和社会人文的基础上,研究如何通过空间优化更新的方式,对传统公共空间整合优化,创造优质的川渝乡镇人居空间环境。论文首先基于公共空间问题,分析川渝传统乡镇公共空间的特征,分析和确立当下公共空间的优化所应秉承的价值观念,以期来引导公共空间的营造观念;其次,根据当前山地传统乡镇公共空间的现状提出川渝传统乡镇公共空间优化的目标,并提出具体的优化原则和策略;随后对相关实际案例进行分析,通过实践方案对优化策略进行检验并进行经验总结,希望对传统乡镇公共空间的优化有一定指导作用。本文遵循“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的基本思路,论文主要包括以下四个部分。第一部分:了解基本概念,研究传统公共空间的发展历程,分析形成原因。首先阐述传统乡镇公共空间的研究背景以及国内外相关研究,界定课题研究范围,确立论文的研究方法与具体框架;然后梳理川渝传统乡镇公共空间的发展和演变,总结公共空间发展过程中的影响因素。第二部分:对传统乡镇公共空间现状进行聚焦,反思快速城镇化时期的乡镇空间建构。了解川渝传统乡镇公共空间现状,归纳乡镇空间建设模式、空间特点以及存在问题。对当前川渝传统乡镇公共空间存在的问题进行审视,反思城镇化的空间建设观念,分析指出造成传统公共空间当下困境的原因。第三部分:提出传统空间优化目标,针对现状问题提出应对策略。首先在之前问题分析和理论研究的基础上,提出川渝传统乡镇公共空间的优化目标和优化原则,并在此基础上从环境保护、结构梳理、空间营造,材料利用,机制完善,五个方面探讨川渝传统乡镇公共空间优化的设计策略。第四部分:通过具体方案对川渝传统乡镇公共空间优化策略进行论证,并对前几章进行总结。在前文的理论研究和案例分析的基础上,通过将理论策略具体应用在蔺市古镇保护修建性详细规划项目案例中来检验理论策略的科学性,然后对案例进行回顾和反思。最后对该课题进行总结和展望,希望能对川渝传统乡镇公共空间的优化发展提供一定的启发和借鉴。

Firstly, based on the public space problem, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the public space in Sichuan-Chongqing traditional town, analyzes and establishes the values that should be taken by the optimization of the current public space, so as to guide the building concept of the public space; secondly, According to the current situation of the public space of the traditional town and town, the aim of the public space optimization of Sichuan-Chongqing traditional town is put forward, and the concrete optimization principle and strategy are put forward; then the relevant actual cases are analyzed, the optimization strategy is checked and summarized by the practice scheme, It is hoped that the optimization of public space in traditional towns will be helpful.
