微波作用下丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400单酯大单体的制备与表征

【摘要】:利用微波作用,以聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在催化剂对甲苯磺酸和阻聚剂对苯二酚作用下,制备丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400单酯大单体。结果表明,微波作用制备丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400单酯大单体较传统水浴或油浴有较大优势,且在酸醇摩尔比为2∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量2.5%,阻聚剂对苯二酚用量2.0%,反应温度95℃,反应时间30 min和微波功率450 W条件下,酯化率达96.3%。该工艺与传统工艺相比具有酯化率高、反应周期短等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
