东营市中心城燃气行业发展规划研究

【摘要】：为促进东营市中心燃气事业的发展,加快东营城市化进程,本文对东营城市燃气行业进行了发展规划研究。首先,根据东营的地缘以及城市环境对东营市中心进行能源结构的分析。对于东营市目前能源使用情况进行了科学的调研,并对燃气行业的发展和布局进行总体的规划;其次,针对东营市的人口、工业发展和城市化进程进行科学的分析,并结合可能存在的几种燃气应用方式和用量对城市天然气的需求总量进行准确合理化的预测,制定供气、调峰和储存的方案。并根据预测的结果对东营市的气源进行分析与整合,制定出近、中、远期的发展规划;再次,从安全角度出发,严格按照行业相关标准对东营市城市燃气消防安全、环保与节能进行措施的规划。最后,对规划的实施设定方案和应急预案。在对以上的东营市燃气发展研究规划完成后,为具体规划的实施过程进行相关措施的制定,并提出相关的建设性意见。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of gas industry in Dongying city and speed up the process of urbanization in Dongying city, the development planning of gas industry in Dongying city is studied in this paper. Firstly, the energy structure of Dongying city center is analyzed according to the geography and environment of Dongying city. The current situation of energy use in Dongying City has been scientifically investigated, and the development and layout of the gas industry have been overall planned. Secondly, the population, industrial development and urbanization process of Dongying City have been scientifically analyzed. Combined with several possible gas application modes and the amount of gas to forecast the total demand of urban natural gas accurately and rationally, and to formulate the scheme of gas supply, peak-shaving and storage. According to the predicted results, the gas source of Dongying City is analyzed and integrated, and the near, medium and long term development plans are worked out. Thirdly, from the safety point of view, according to the relevant industry standards, the fire safety of Dongying city gas is strictly followed. Environmental protection and energy conservation measures for planning. Finally, the implementation of the plan and emergency plan. After the completion of the above gas development research plan of Dongying City, the relevant measures are made for the implementation process of the specific plan, and the relevant constructive suggestions are put forward.
