面向塔吊监控系统的信号采集与处理研究

【摘要】:随着人口的不断增长,城市化的不断推进,建筑行业的发展迎来了高峰,塔吊作为建筑行业必不可少的基础设备,其应用越来越广泛。然而,由于塔吊设备工作环境复杂,且智能化程度不够,使得其安全问题存在严重隐患。因此,基于传感器技术、信息技术和物联网技术的塔吊监控系统越来越多的应用于建筑塔吊设备中。本文从工业建筑塔吊需求出发,完成了塔吊监控系统的整体方案设计,并在已有的硬件平台上实现了系统所有功能的软件设计。基于分体式设计思路,系统软件设计包括以MSP430微控制器为平台的数据采集部分与以S5PV210微处理器为平台的数据处理及功能实现部分。实现了该监控系统的实时数据采集功能、状态数据及图像显示功能、塔机间无线通信功能、远程互联网监控功能、塔机安全预警报警功能。在实现该监控系统功能的同时,本文对系统数据采集过程中,塔吊复杂工作环境对信号采集产生的影响进行了深入的分析,包括系统内部以及系统工作环境下噪声和干扰分析。针对特定的干扰和噪声,提出了相应的解决方案,包括系统集成电路内部噪声处理、塔吊工作环境下电快速瞬变群脉冲干扰处理、环境变化下的数据温漂处理、数据传输的抗干扰处理、人机交互界面的数据处理等。并在嵌入式系统终端实现了各个算法的设计,通过对系统信号采集与处理的应用,提高了系统性能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of population and urbanization, the development of construction industry ushered in a peak, tower crane as an essential basic equipment in the construction industry, its application is more and more extensive. However, because the working environment of tower crane is complex and the intelligence degree is not enough, there are serious hidden trouble in the safety of tower crane. Therefore, tower crane monitoring system based on sensor technology, information technology and Internet of things technology is more and more used in building tower crane equipment. Based on the requirement of industrial building tower crane, the whole scheme design of tower crane monitoring system is completed, and the software design of all functions of the system is realized on the existing hardware platform. Based on the idea of split design, the system software design includes data acquisition based on MSP430 microcontroller and data processing and function realization based on S5PV210 microprocessor. The functions of real-time data acquisition, state data and image display, wireless communication between tower cranes, remote Internet monitoring and alarm are realized. While realizing the function of the monitoring system, the influence of the complex working environment of the tower crane on the signal acquisition is deeply analyzed in the process of data acquisition, including the noise and interference analysis within the system and in the working environment of the system. For the specific interference and noise, the corresponding solutions are proposed, including the system integrated circuit internal noise processing, the electric fast transient group pulse interference processing under the tower crane working environment, the data temperature drift processing under the environment change. The anti-interference processing of data transmission, the data processing of man-machine interface and so on. The algorithm is designed in the terminal of embedded system, and the system performance is improved by the application of signal acquisition and processing.
