北京城市南北、东西轴线的规划定位与媒体认知

【摘要】：基于功能和认知的视角,从政府规划文本和媒体报道两个方面,对北京城市南北轴线和东西轴线做了对比分析,发现政府"自上而下"的设计定位和媒体"自下而上"的公众认知对这两条轴线的认知存在显著差异,主要体现在:关注度不同;定位不同;发展规划不同。最后,针对北京城市轴线的规划和建设,提出了具体建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of function and cognition, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the north-south axis and east-west axis of Beijing city from the two aspects of government planning text and media report. It is found that there are significant differences between the design orientation of the government "top-down" and the public cognition of the "bottom-up" of the media on these two axes, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: different attention, different orientation and different development plans. Finally, some concrete suggestions are put forward for the planning and construction of Beijing urban axis.
