低碳社区建筑能源系统规划模型研究
[Abstract]:At present, in the process of rapid urbanization in China, the legal planning levels, such as the overall planning of cities and towns, the detailed planning of control, and so on, are generally inadequate in response to climate change. In addition to the technical system and corresponding construction norms, standards and guidelines for low-carbon construction planning in cities and towns in response to climate change, the energy system lacks legal energy planning constraints and community scale energy planning theoretical guidance. This leads to insufficient power to consider the integrated application of renewable energy and new energy technologies on community scale. Based on the concept of low-carbon development and supported by the national support project undertaken by mentors, this paper studies the building energy system based on community scale. Firstly, the research background, significance and related concepts of the thesis are introduced, and the distributed energy system theory, microcirculation theory, carbon value analysis theory and scenario analysis method are selected through analysis and comparison. Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics and components of low-carbon communities, this paper points out the key elements of energy system that affect the development of low-carbon communities, and on the basis of existing standards and norms, studies and builds a model of energy system calculation for typical community buildings. On the basis of the energy system model of the community building, the energy resource system and the energy equipment system of the building are studied respectively. The characteristics of resource system, the classification of equipment system and the related calculation method of building energy system are presented. Thirdly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the energy objectives of low-carbon communities, and taking into account the actual energy resources of communities, the actual energy needs of communities and the renewable energy sources that may be used are fully taken into account. The plan sets out three basic scenarios for building energy systems for community energy supply. This paper introduces scenario analysis method and carbon value analysis method to construct a mathematical model of energy system planning for community building aiming at low carbon and economy, and uses the model to analyze the case of Shanghai Lingang New City construction. Finally, the model constructed in this paper has a strong application in building energy system planning, and realizes the low carbon and economic balance of building energy system.
