杭州旧城区传统民居内部空间形态特征及其更新策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,在杭州市传统民居的更新实践中,已逐渐形成了几种较为成熟的模式,从操作性和实用性方面来讲都取得了不错的效果。然而,在已有的更新手法中,大多以拆除搭建、立面整治为主,缺乏从民居的原有空间形态特征出发的、较为系统的更新模式。而在已有的有关传统民居空间形态的研究中,对其形成、发展、意蕴等方面已有很多理论性的成果,但缺乏将其特征从量化分析的角度系统地应用于更新实践当中。 针对该现状,笔者通过对传统民居内部空间形态特征进行研究,来探讨其与更新策略之间可能产生的关系。通过对所选取的位于杭州旧城区中的24个传统民居案例进行整理和分类,结合定性分析与定量分析,对其空间形态从居住空间现状、基本特色、居住空间形态、公共空间形态、结构形式对空间的影响等方面进行了研究,得出基于整体空间系统的分类模式以及传统民居空间基本尺度数据,为制定基于空间形态的更新策略提供了参考依据。 本文试图寻找一种以传统民居内部空间形态特征为着眼点的更新整治策略。希望能够借此恢复原有空间特色风貌,提升传统民居内部的生活品质,为杭州当下的传统民居更新提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the renovation practice of traditional residence in Hangzhou, several mature models have been gradually formed, and good results have been achieved in terms of operability and practicability. However, in the existing renewal techniques, most of them are demolition structures, facade renovation, lack of the original space form characteristics of residential, more systematic renewal mode. In the existing research on the spatial form of traditional residential houses, there have been many theoretical achievements in its formation, development, implication and so on, but the lack of systematic application of its characteristics from the perspective of quantitative analysis in updating practice. In view of the present situation, the author discusses the possible relationship between the internal spatial morphological characteristics of traditional residential buildings and the renewal strategy. Through sorting out and classifying the 24 traditional residential cases in the old urban area of Hangzhou, combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper analyzes the spatial form of the residential space from the present situation, the basic characteristics, the residential space form, the public space form of the residential space, the basic characteristics of the residential space, the form of the public space. The influence of structure form on space is studied, and the classification model based on global spatial system and the basic scale data of traditional residential space are obtained, which provides a reference for making the updating strategy based on spatial form. This paper attempts to find a new renovation strategy based on the internal spatial features of traditional residential buildings. Hope to restore the original features of space, improve the internal quality of life of traditional houses, and provide a certain reference value and significance for the renewal of traditional houses in Hangzhou.
