国内外城市功能地域理论与实践研究

【摘要】：随着世界城市化进程的加快，人口特别是农村人口大量的向城市集中，越来越多的乡村土地被城市发展所吞噬，与此相应得带来诸多的城市问题，如交通拥挤，住房困难，城市环境质量下降等，分析其原因有多种，但主要原因是不合理的城市地域结构所造成的，因此，对城市地域空间结构的进行研究和探讨，将有益于城市的健康的发展。在本文中，，通过对发达国家城市空间结构的变化研究，总结了其变化的基本特征，并对典型的国际化大都市（纽约、东京、伦敦）进行了案例研究，给我国城市功能空间的演变提供了宝贵的经验。最后针对我国城市功能空间发展中出现的问题，提出了城市功能地域重构的对策。具体内容大体可分为以下五部分：第一部分首先阐述了国内外城市功能空间的选题背景及其进展，并讨论了选题目的、意义和主要内容、方法和技术路线等。第二部分重点对文章涉及主要概念及相关理论进行界定和阐述。其中，对城市功能地域的演进理论进行了系统分析。第三部分主要对国外发达国家城市功能空间演变进行了分析。主要分析了发达国家城市空间演化的一般规律和基本特征，并以纽约、东京、伦敦为案例进行了典型分析。第四部分总结了我国城市功能空间发展的基本情况。包括：我国城市功能空间发展的现状、动力机制及面临的问题。第五部分针对我国城市空间发展出现的种种矛盾，揭示了我国城市功能地域重构的紧迫性，并提出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in the world, the population, especially the rural population, is concentrated in cities, and more rural land is engulfed by urban development, which brings many urban problems, such as traffic congestion and housing difficulties. There are many reasons for the decline of urban environmental quality, but the main causes are caused by unreasonable urban regional structure. Therefore, the study and discussion of urban regional spatial structure will be beneficial to the healthy development of the city. In this paper, by studying the changes of urban spatial structure in developed countries, the basic characteristics of the changes are summarized, and a case study of typical cosmopolitan cities (New York, Tokyo, London) is carried out. It provides valuable experience for the evolution of urban functional space in China. Finally, aiming at the problems in the development of urban functional space in China, the countermeasures of urban functional region reconstruction are put forward. The specific contents can be divided into the following five parts: the first part describes the background and progress of the topic of urban functional space at home and abroad, and discusses the purpose, significance and main content, methods and technical route of the topic. The second part focuses on the definition and elaboration of the main concepts and related theories. Among them, the evolution theory of urban functional region is systematically analyzed. The third part mainly analyzes the evolution of urban functional space in foreign developed countries. This paper mainly analyzes the general laws and basic characteristics of urban spatial evolution in developed countries, and takes New York, Tokyo and London as typical examples. The fourth part summarizes the basic situation of urban functional space development in China. Including: the status quo of the development of urban functional space in China, the dynamic mechanism and the problems faced. The fifth part reveals the urgency of the reconstruction of urban functional region and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the contradictions in the development of urban space in China.
