深圳城市环境气候区划及规划建议研究

【摘要】:城市化水平的提升,大规模的城市建设使得城市下垫面改变,造成各种气候问题。导致了一系列暴雨、干旱、飓风等气象灾害,对人类的生命安全与活动造成了极大的伤害。如何在满足城市扩张的需求下,避免其建设引发的各种城市气候问题,是我们现阶段城市规划面临的重大挑战。近年来,国内虽然出现了大量有关城市气候的研究,但真正对城市规划提出具体建议的较少,难以在实际城市规划建设中推广与应用。随着社会进步以及人们生活水平日益提高,人们对于城市的环境品质有了更高的要求。人们希望城市空间在满足功能和美观的基础上还要满足安全性、健康性、舒适性的需求。因此,城市规划设计的内涵不断的扩充,与城市生态、城市气候等学科的交叉研究的需求也日益增长。现阶段城市气候的研究通过跨学科平台的搭建,已经逐渐弥补城市规划人员对气候学考虑缺失,通过图形化的简单表达方式将多个学科的语言转译出来。本文的研究面向切实的城市气候问题,针对“城市气候”、“城市空间形态”与“城市生态”相互作用关系进行研究,搭建出集城市气候学、城市生态学和城市规划于一体的交叉学科理论框架。将气候学、生态学和城市规划学的最新研究成果联系实际的城市人居生活,实现多学科的交流与融合。通过综合分析气象、气候、生态、规划用地性质等因素,实现深圳气候区划研究,为深圳空间规划提供建议。本文主要从城市气候与城市空间及城市生态的关系入手,明确三者的相互影响机制,以人体热舒适为主要的评价标准,进行深圳城市气候研究分析,对深圳进行气候单元的划分和气候区划。本文将从理论、技术方法以及与规划应用结合三方面对深圳城市气候问题进行研究。首先,阐明城市环境气候区划的原则、过程、内容等基础理论,确定深圳城市环境气候区划的框架。然后,介绍深圳的地理、气候、空间、生态环境概况,并完成深圳基本信息与现状下垫面物理特征分析;随后,在此基础上提出深圳气候区划方案,逐区介绍深圳市现有气候情况,最后在整体与分区两个层面上提出深圳城市气候规划建议,为深圳城市更新提供导则与指引,切实的解决深圳的城市气候问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and the large-scale urban construction, the underlying surface of the city is changed, resulting in a variety of climate problems. Caused a series of rainstorms, droughts, hurricanes and other meteorological disasters, to the safety of human life and activities caused great harm. How to meet the needs of urban expansion and avoid all kinds of urban climate problems caused by urban construction is a major challenge we face in urban planning at this stage. In recent years, although there have been a lot of researches on urban climate in China, there are few concrete suggestions for urban planning, which is difficult to be popularized and applied in actual urban planning and construction. With the progress of society and the improvement of people's living standard, people have higher requirements for the environmental quality of the city. People hope that urban space can meet the needs of safety, health and comfort on the basis of function and beauty. Therefore, the connotation of urban planning and design continues to expand, and the need for cross-research with urban ecology, urban climate and other disciplines is also increasing day by day. At present, the study of urban climate has made up for the lack of consideration of climatology by urban planners through the construction of interdisciplinary platforms, and has translated the languages of many disciplines through simple graphical expressions. The research of this paper is aimed at the practical urban climate problem. The interaction between "urban climate", "urban spatial form" and "urban ecology" is studied, and the urban climatology is built. An interdisciplinary theoretical framework of urban ecology and urban planning. The latest research results of climatology, ecology and urban planning are combined with the actual urban human settlements to achieve multi-disciplinary communication and integration. Based on the comprehensive analysis of meteorological, climatic, ecological and planning land properties, the climatic regionalization of Shenzhen is studied, and some suggestions are provided for the spatial planning of Shenzhen. This paper starts with the relationship between urban climate, urban space and urban ecology, clarifies the interaction mechanism of the three, and takes the thermal comfort of human body as the main evaluation standard to study and analyze the urban climate of Shenzhen. To carry on the division of the climatic unit and the climate division to Shenzhen. In this paper, the urban climate problem in Shenzhen is studied from three aspects: theory, technical method and planning and application. Firstly, the principle, process and content of urban environmental climate regionalization are expounded, and the frame of Shenzhen urban environmental climate regionalization is determined. Then, the general situation of geography, climate, space and ecological environment of Shenzhen is introduced, and the basic information and physical characteristics of underlying surface of Shenzhen are analyzed. This paper introduces the current climate situation of Shenzhen by region, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the urban climate planning of Shenzhen on the whole and sub-district level, which provides guidelines and guidelines for the renewal of Shenzhen city, and solves the urban climate problem in Shenzhen.
