基于客流双向平衡的轨道车站地区用地综合开发模型与算法

【摘要】:在分析轨道车站地区用地综合开发的特点及含义的基础上,针对目前国内轨道车站地区开发存在单一性问题而引起车站到发客流不均衡的状况,提出基于客流双向平衡的轨道车站地区用地综合开发模式,并构建了优化模型,给出求解方法,最后以长沙大河西轨道5号线塔山路站为例进行模型的检验与应用。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and meanings of the comprehensive development of land in railway station area, aiming at the problem of singularity in the development of railway station area in our country at present, which causes the unbalanced passenger flow in railway station area, This paper puts forward a comprehensive development model of land use in railway station area based on two-way balance of passenger flow, constructs an optimization model, and gives a solution method. Finally, the model is tested and applied to Tashan Road Station of No. 5 track of Dahexi track in Changsha as an example.
