某住宅楼桩基加固设计及研究

【摘要】：由于施工质量控制不严导致端承桩(嵌岩桩)承载力不满足设计要求的工程质量问题,提出了桩中心钻孔高压注浆加固桩端的简便可行方法,对桩端进入中风化岩石但桩端沉渣厚度大于5 cm的桩直接进行钻孔高压注浆加固,对未进入中风化岩石的桩不仅采用钻孔高压注浆而且新增劲性微型桩加固。对桩端进入中风化岩石桩和未进入中风化岩石的桩提出了承载力的不同计算方法。
[Abstract]:Due to the engineering quality problem that the bearing capacity of the end-bearing pile (rock-socketed pile) does not meet the design requirements due to the lack of strict construction quality control, this paper puts forward a simple and feasible method for strengthening the pile end by high-pressure grouting in the center of the pile. The pile with the thickness of sediment more than 5 cm at the end of the pile is directly strengthened by high pressure grouting, and the pile that does not enter the medium weathered rock is strengthened not only by the high pressure grouting but also by the new stiffened micro pile. Different calculation methods of bearing capacity are put forward for the pile with or without the middle weathered rock.
