人文关怀下的养老社区景观设计研究

【摘要】：人口老龄化是当今世界各国普遍关注的重要课题。据统计表明,我国老年人在全世界老年人中所占的比例正在逐年上升。逐渐给城市交通、医疗、养老服务等产业带来了深远影响。作为环境设计专业从事者去设计养老社区,应从人文关怀角度出发,为老年人提供一个功能合理,环境舒适的居所,这不仅仅是整个社会的义务,更是作为设计者应尽的责任。本文分为三个部分。第一部分是基础研究,对相关概念进行了阐述,对国内外与此相关联的研究的历史和现状进行分析总结,对多个住宅区进行了实地调研和现状梳理,讨论了研究目的与研究内容;第二部分主要内容为基于人文关怀下的养老社区景观设计研究过程展开的探索,通过对设计理论和设计原则的研究,从安全性、舒适性、多样性、交往性等原则出发进行了一定程度的分析,总结出的设计理论并且在设计实践中进行应用;第三部分是对人文关怀下的养老社区景观设计研究所作的总结及展望。本次设计以上饶市上饶县清水乡常阜村为例,在该地块上进行全新设计,将独具特色的田园生态养老这一理念置入其中,在城市郊区良好的自然生态环境基础上,为老年人创造一种自然、简约的社区环境。借鉴江南传统老街里十分可贵的巷、院、园、井等传统公共空间,营造出有助于老年人交往的场所。初衷是为老年人提供一个功能更加合理,环境更为舒适,且能让老年人颐养天年的养老社区。
[Abstract]:The aging of population is an important issue that is concerned by all countries in the world. Statistics show that the proportion of the elderly in the world is increasing year by year. Gradually to urban transportation, medical care, pension services and other industries have brought profound impact. As an environmental design professional to design a community for the aged, we should provide the elderly with a reasonable function and comfortable environment from the angle of humanistic care. This is not only the obligation of the whole society, but also the responsibility of the designer. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the basic research, the related concepts are expounded, the history and current situation of the related research at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and a number of residential areas are investigated on the spot and the present situation is combed. The purpose and content of the research are discussed. The second part of the main content is the research process of the old-age community landscape design based on humanistic concern, through the research of design theory and design principles, from the security, comfort, diversity, The principles of communication are analyzed to a certain extent, and the design theory is summarized and applied in design practice. The third part is the summary and prospect of landscape design of endowment community under humanistic care. This design takes Changfu Village, Qingshui Township, Shangrao City, as an example, and carries out a new design on this plot, putting the unique concept of rural ecological endowment into it, on the basis of a good natural ecological environment in the suburbs of the city. Create a natural, minimalist community environment for the elderly. Drawing lessons from the traditional streets in Jiangnan, such as lanes, courtyard, garden, wells and other traditional public space, to create a place conducive to the communication of the elderly. The original intention is to provide the elderly with a more reasonable function, a more comfortable environment, and to allow the elderly to live in an aging community.
