成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间规划研究

【摘要】:随着科技进步,生产力提高,城市规模扩张的速度越来越快,随之也产生了环境恶化、交通堵塞、资源稀缺,人口拥挤等问题,因此,现代城市需要集约立体可持续发展,利用地下空间资源正是实现这一目标的重要途径,但在我国尚处于起步阶段。同时,近年来国内推进快速铁路发展以及成都市域铁路的大力建设,越来越多站点片区在城市发展中起着重要作用,纵观国外成功经验,站点片区科学发展往往离不开地下空间建设。所以笔者以站点片区地下空间为研究内容,完成了此篇硕士论文。 论文主要包括五个方面的内容:快铁与地下空间规划概述、站点片区地下空间开发功能与布局模式、成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间建设现状、成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间开发策略以及实践案例。 地下空间规划理论基础研究包含了站点分类、地下空间开发理论以及利用历史进程;阐述了地下空间规划的特点、原则和内容;明确了站点片区地下空间开发的可行性和必要性;通过丸之内地区和济南西客站片区的案例分析,了解了成功片区的发展模式。 站点片区地下空间开发功能与布局模式介绍了站点片区地下空间的常用功能、地下空间平面布局与竖向布局的模式以及地下空间开发的影响因素,总结了市域快铁站点片区地下空间发展特点以及中心型站点和枢纽型站点片区各自地下空间开发功能与布局模式。 成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间建设现状调查了成都北站、成都东站、成灌线都江堰站、成绵乐机场站片区地下空间开发现状,指出了成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间发展的问题,并分析了成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间开发的迫切性。 成都市域快铁站点片区地下空间开发策略对开发目标与要求、开发层次与功能,并对地下交通系统、地下市政系统、地下公共服务设施、内部环境设计、法律法规发展进行了分项策略研究。 案例分析以成蒲快铁崇州站地下空间规划为例,介绍了该地下空间规划的内容和特点,对前文的理论和策略研究进行反馈,也希望对同类规划提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, the increase of productivity and the rapid expansion of urban scale, the problems of environmental deterioration, traffic jam, scarcity of resources, population congestion and so on have arisen. Therefore, modern cities need intensive and three-dimensional sustainable development. The utilization of underground space resources is an important way to achieve this goal, but it is still in its infancy in China. At the same time, in recent years, with the rapid development of railway and the construction of Chengdu railway, more and more stations play an important role in urban development. The scientific development of the site area is often inseparable from the construction of underground space. Therefore, the author completed this master thesis with the site area underground space as the research content. The paper mainly includes five aspects: the outline of fast railway and underground space planning, the development function and layout mode of underground space in the site area, and the present situation of underground space construction of fast railway station area in Chengdu. The development strategy and practice case of underground space in fast railway station area of Chengdu. The basic research on the theory of underground space planning includes the classification of stations, the theory of underground space development and the historical process of utilization, and expounds the characteristics, principles and contents of underground space planning. The feasibility and necessity of the underground space development in the station area are clarified, and the development model of the successful area is understood through the case analysis of the area within the Maru area and the section area of Jinan West passenger Station. The development function and layout mode of underground space in site area are introduced. The common functions of underground space in site area, the pattern of plane and vertical layout of underground space and the factors influencing the development of underground space are introduced. The characteristics of underground space development and the development function and layout mode of underground space in central and hub stations are summarized. The present situation of underground space construction of Chengdu North Railway Station, Chengdu East Station, Chengdu Irrigation Line Dujiangyan Station and Chengmianle Airport Station is investigated. This paper points out the problems of the development of underground space in the fast railway station area of Chengdu and analyzes the urgency of the development of the underground space in the fast railway station area of Chengdu. The development strategy of underground space in the area of fast railway station in Chengdu has the following aspects: development goal and requirement, development level and function, underground transportation system, underground municipal system, underground public service facilities, internal environment design, etc. The development of laws and regulations has carried on the division strategy research. Taking the underground space planning of Chongzhou station of Chengpu Kuaitie Railway Station as an example, the paper introduces the content and characteristics of the underground space planning, gives feedback to the previous theoretical and strategic research, and hopes to provide reference for the similar planning.
