城市“有农社区”研究

【摘要】:当前,我国经济社会在高速发展的同时,也面临着生态环境恶化、资源消耗巨大、耕地日趋减少等一系列困境。在此背景下,全方位、多角度探索城市生态节地、循环代谢发展的应对策略,构建以城市农业为核心动力,融食物生产、居民生活和社区生态环境于一体的生态社区模式,可为我国城市生态、和谐、可持续发展提供更佳选择。本研究以城市农业、永续设计及城市代谢理论为平台,通过多学科协作,运用研究性设计、物质代谢分析、情景模拟等方法,梳理了农业与城市关系的历史脉络和当代发展趋势,研究将农业作为关键要素纳入城市人居环境,结合社区原有要素进行空间、技术重构,建设“有农社区”的必要性和可行性。研究依托建筑、规划及景观设计手法,关注城市内部闲置空间,对现有社区空间利用进行重新审视,发掘并强化其生产功能,提出一种与城市生态、经济和社会系统相融合的创新城市“有农社区”理论模型,并阐明其概念内涵、结构层次、系统特征及不同类别。在理论研究的基础上,从社区的空间和形态、生态循环系统、居民生产生活方式等角度入手提出适应当前城市发展、农居一体的物质空间模式,有效支持资源循环代谢乃至与生产、生活互补共生的循环技术模式,以及适应社区空间、技术更新的建设、运营、参与模式。随之,结合当前现状,从城市规划、土地利用、食品与环境卫生及物业管理等方面提出切实可行的策略与建议。最后,采用研究性设计的方法将理论成果与具体实践项目在社区规划、景观与建筑设计、生态基础设施等层面相结合,构建小规模有农社区的典型模式;减少物质输入和废物输出,增加物质在社区内的循环,并利用物质代谢分析的方法对理论成果进行验证与分析。本研究力图通过建筑学、城市规划、景观学、生态学等多学科的交融协作,探索快速城市化背景下集成解决城市经济、社会、环境问题的新型生态社区发展模式,以期对城市人居环境理论研究进行有益补充,也对我国当前生态社区建设提供实践指导和决策参考。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, we are also faced with a series of difficulties, such as the deterioration of ecological environment, the huge consumption of resources, the decreasing of cultivated land and so on. Under this background, the paper probes into the countermeasures of urban ecological land conservation and circular metabolism development in all directions and from many angles, and constructs an ecological community model which integrates food production, residents' life and community ecological environment, and takes urban agriculture as the core motive force, and integrates the food production, residents' life and the ecological environment of the community. It can provide a better choice for the urban ecology, harmony and sustainable development of our country. Based on the theories of urban agriculture, sustainable design and urban metabolism, this study uses research design, material metabolism analysis, scenario simulation and so on. This paper combs the historical context and contemporary development trend of the relationship between agriculture and city, studies the integration of agriculture as a key element into the urban human settlements environment, and combines the original elements of the community to carry out space and technological reconstruction. The necessity and feasibility of building a "rural community". Based on architectural, planning and landscape design techniques, this paper focuses on the idle space within the city, reexamines the utilization of existing community space, excavates and strengthens its production function, and puts forward a kind of urban ecology. The theoretical model of "farming community" in innovative cities, which combines economic and social systems, is described, and its conceptual connotation, structure levels, system characteristics and different categories are clarified. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper puts forward a material space model which adapts to the current urban development and integrates agriculture and habitation from the perspectives of community space and form, ecological circulatory system, residents' production and life style, etc. It can effectively support the recycling technology model of resources recycling metabolism and production and life complementary symbiosis, as well as the construction, operation and participation mode of adapting to community space and technological renewal. Then, according to the present situation, some feasible strategies and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of urban planning, land use, food and environmental hygiene and property management. Finally, the research design method is used to combine the theoretical results with practical projects in community planning, landscape and architectural design, ecological infrastructure and other levels to build a typical model of small-scale farming community; Reduce the material input and waste output, increase the circulation of substances in the community, and use the method of substance metabolism analysis to verify and analyze the theoretical results. This study attempts to explore a new ecological community development model which integrates urban economic, social and environmental problems under the background of rapid urbanization through the blending and cooperation of architecture, urban planning, landscape science, ecology and so on. The purpose of this paper is to supplement the theoretical study of urban human settlements and to provide practical guidance and decision-making reference for the construction of ecological communities in our country.
