基于智慧施工理论的施工项目风险管理信息模型研究

【摘要】:建筑业在我国经济发展中一直占据着举重若轻的地位,随着市场竞争日益剧烈,建设项目的投资力度呈现巨额增长。设计理念不断创新的同时,技术难度也不断增加,施工项目在此种环境下面临的风险呈现出越来越明显的多样性,项目风险管理的难度也得随之不断提升。众所周知,风险管理成功与否对整个项目管理的结果产生着至关重要的影响。而目前,我国对建设项目风险管理的研究大多数还局限于单一的风险管理的过程和风险分析方法的应用。建设项目的众多参与方虽然都对风险管理有较高的重视,但大多数只从自身的角度出发,缺乏协同管理的意识。可以说,我国的建设项目风险管理处于割裂状态,缺乏合理的管理体系,没有形成科学合理的系统。 科学技术的发展促进了新兴信息技术在建筑行业的发展与应用。信息技术为风险管理信息模型的建立提供了强有力的技术支持。研究者们将越来越多的目光投入到在施工项目管理领域应用信息技术,建筑业的信息化研究趋势已势不可挡。 本文运用智慧施工理念,聚焦BIM、物联网、普适计算和4D可视化技术这四种新兴信息技术,对构建施工项目风险管理信息模型进行研究。通过文献研究,总结出国内外风险管理与信息技术集成应用的现状,分析四种信息技术应用在施工项目风险管理中的适用性。在研究过程中,围绕协同性、集成性的思想和角度建立了基于智慧施工理念的施工项目风险管理信息模型。分析模型功能需求,描述模型总体框架,将风险管理流程融入模型。分析建立模型中需要运用具体技术的应用方法。并通过案例对施工项目风险管理信息模型进行模拟应用,,体现出模型的现实应用价值并分析了模型在实际推广应用时需要的外部支持与对策。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has been occupying a light position in the economic development of our country. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the investment intensity of construction projects has shown a huge increase. With the innovation of design concept, the technical difficulty is also increasing. The risks faced by construction projects in this environment show more and more obvious diversity, and the difficulty of project risk management has to be raised. It is well known that the success of risk management has a crucial impact on the results of the whole project management. At present, the research on risk management of construction project in our country is limited to the process of single risk management and the application of risk analysis method. Although many participants in construction projects pay more attention to risk management, most of them only start from their own point of view and lack the consciousness of collaborative management. It can be said that China's construction project risk management is in a fragmented state, lack of a reasonable management system, no scientific and reasonable system. The development of science and technology promotes the development and application of new information technology in the construction industry. Information technology provides strong technical support for the establishment of risk management information model. Researchers will pay more and more attention to the application of information technology in the field of construction project management. In this paper, four new information technologies, BIM, Internet of things, pervasive computing and 4D visualization, are used to study the construction project risk management information model. This paper summarizes the present situation of integrated application of risk management and information technology at home and abroad, and analyzes the applicability of four kinds of information technology in risk management of construction project. In the process of research, a construction project risk management information model based on intelligent construction concept is built around the idea of synergy and integration. Analyze the functional requirements of the model, describe the overall framework of the model, and incorporate the risk management process into the model. The application method of concrete technology in modeling is analyzed. The application of risk management information model of construction project is simulated through a case study, which reflects the practical application value of the model and analyzes the external support and countermeasures needed when the model is popularized and applied in practice.
