震后重建中的轻型建筑设计研究

【摘要】:震后建筑设计研究是一个全新的课题。汶川大地震震后临时过渡建筑建造过程中暴露出的一系列问题,反映了我国在震后建筑设计领域内建设经验的不足,即缺乏系统完善的研究理论及快速、有效并兼顾可持续性的具体实践方法,而导致这一现象的原因与建筑师的使命息息相关。笔者尝试以轻型建筑设计角度与灾后非常规的应急背景状态相结合,以在此领域已经建立起来的多项不同结构的轻型建筑实践为切入点作为案例详细研究,从而展开对灾震后轻型建筑具体设计策略以及未来更多可能性的探索。 论文从四大部分进行阐述: 第一部分(第1章)为绪论,对课题研究背景作出简要介绍,提出本课题的研究出发点。从国内外研究现状挖据出本课题研究的重大意义和创新点,并确定本文的研究范围、框架和方法。 第二部分(第2章)对震后重建的特殊性作出简要介绍,简单分析现阶段震后重建中存在的问题。对轻型建筑这一名词的定义进行深入的研究,并说明轻型建筑对整个建筑界的意义。 第三部分(第3-6章)用纸建筑、竹结构建筑、轻钢结构建筑三种类型来作为基本分类,选取各类型结构中的实践案例进行详细的介绍,,包括建造过程、代表建筑师的思想、建筑平面等。而后对这些实践案例的各项指标作出详细的对比,包括模数、基础做法、结构体系、构件连接、建造周期、造价等诸多层面,分析得出一些共性和差异性,对这些差异性的产生原因提出一定猜想。 第四部分(第7章)为论文结论。综合前文研究,得出面向未来的震后轻型建筑的几点设计策略,并对震后轻型建筑的发展趋势作出前瞻。 本论文的特色在于在过往研究较为缺失的背景下建立起初步的震后轻型建筑研究体系,以期早震后轻型建筑设计上能为后续进一步的研究作初步积累,为建筑师们提供未来震后轻型建筑设计的全方面新思路。
[Abstract]:The study of post-earthquake architectural design is a new subject. A series of problems have been exposed in the construction of temporary transitional buildings after the Wenchuan earthquake, which reflects the lack of construction experience in the field of post-earthquake building design in China, that is, the lack of systematic and perfect research theory and rapid development. Effective and sustainable practical methods, and the causes of this phenomenon are closely related to the mission of the architect. The author tries to combine the light building design angle with the unconventional emergency background state after the disaster, taking the light building practice of many different structures that has been established in this field as a case study in detail. In order to carry out the light building after the earthquake specific design strategy and explore more possibilities in the future. The first part (chapter 1) is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research background of the subject and puts forward the starting point of the research. The significance and innovation of this research are analyzed from the current research situation at home and abroad, and the research scope, framework and methods of this paper are determined. In the second part (Chapter 2), the particularity of post-earthquake reconstruction is briefly introduced, and the existing problems in post-earthquake reconstruction are briefly analyzed. The definition of light building is deeply studied, and the meaning of light building to the whole construction field is explained. The third part (Chapter 3-6) uses the paper building, the bamboo structure building, the light steel structure building as the basic classification, selects each type of structure practice case to carry on the detailed introduction, including the construction process, represents the architect's thought, A building plane, etc. Then make a detailed comparison of the indicators of these practical cases, including modulus, basic practice, structural system, component connection, construction cycle, cost and many other levels, and get some commonalities and differences. Some conjectures are put forward on the causes of these differences. The fourth part (Chapter 7) is the conclusion of the thesis. Based on the previous research, several design strategies for light buildings after earthquake are obtained, and the development trend of light buildings after earthquake is forecasted. The characteristic of this thesis is to establish a preliminary research system of post-earthquake light building under the background of lack of previous research, so that the design of light building after the early earthquake can be preliminarily accumulated for further research. To provide architects with the future light building design after the earthquake all aspects of new ideas.
