基于BIM的建筑消防设施管理系统研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国社会的发展,建筑行业的发展日新月异,大型综合型复杂建筑不断涌现,这些新型建筑在提升现代化生活水平的同时,也为建筑消防安全管理带来了极大的挑战。消防设施信息不明确、状态不清楚加大了消防管理难度;建筑功能多样、结构布局复杂,加大了火灾时人员疏散的难度。针对这些消防管理的困境,亟需提出一种有效的消防安全管理方式。本文通过对大型综合型复杂建筑火灾以消防设施灭火为主的特性进行分析,针对现有消防设施管理方式存在的缺陷,提出消防设施信息化管理的方式,保证消防设施的有效管理,提高消防设施的灭火能力。通过对建筑行业的革命性技术BIM(Building Information Model)进行研究,分析了BIM在建筑消防设施管理的三维可视化和信息集成共享方面存在的优势,有效地弥补了现有的消防设施管理方式存在的不足,并提出将BIM应用在建筑消防设施的管理之中,提高消防安全管理水平,同时降低管理难度。本文在研究BIM应用于建筑消防设施管理方面存在的优势的基础上,分析了BIM的特点以及BIM的相关建模软件,并根据实际需要,选取Revit软件建立建筑模型,模拟现实建筑。对基于BIM的建筑消防设施管理系统进行了需求分析,并建立了系统数据库,分析了系统数据库和BIM模型信息之间的信息交互方式。通过对Revit提供的API进行二次开发研究,探讨了二次开发的条件以及开发流程,以Visual Studio 2010为工具,以.NETFramework 4.0为平台,以C#语言进行开发,实现了复杂建筑模型中消防设施信息的提取、消防管道的修改和重建。在此基础上,基于数据库中的消防设施信息,设计了消防设施管理的交互界面,实现信息化高效化管理。最后探讨了基于BIM平台在消防设施管理方面的应用以及三维可视化的方式在消防安全管理方面的优势。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society, the development of the construction industry is changing with each passing day, large complex buildings emerge constantly, these new buildings in the promotion of modern living standards, but also for building fire safety management has brought great challenges. The information of fire protection facilities is not clear and the state is not clear, the difficulty of fire protection management is increased, and the functions of buildings are diverse and the structure layout is complex, which makes it more difficult to evacuate people during fire. In view of these difficulties of fire management, it is urgent to put forward an effective fire safety management method. Based on the analysis of the fire extinguishing characteristics of fire fighting facilities in large and complex buildings, this paper puts forward the information management mode of fire protection facilities in view of the shortcomings of the existing fire protection facilities management mode. Ensure the effective management of fire fighting facilities and improve the fire fighting capability of fire fighting facilities. Based on the research of BIM (Building Information Model), the revolutionary technology of construction industry, the advantages of BIM in 3D visualization and information integration and sharing of building fire protection facilities management are analyzed. It effectively makes up for the deficiency of the existing management mode of fire protection facilities and puts forward the application of BIM in the management of building fire fighting facilities to improve the level of fire safety management and reduce the difficulty of management. Based on the study of the advantages of BIM in the management of building fire protection facilities, this paper analyzes the characteristics of BIM and the related modeling software of BIM. According to the actual needs, Revit software is selected to build the building model and simulate the real building. The requirement analysis of building fire protection facility management system based on BIM is carried out, and the system database is established, and the way of information exchange between system database and BIM model information is analyzed. Through the research on the secondary development of API provided by Revit, this paper discusses the conditions and development flow of the secondary development, taking Visual Studio 2010 as the tool, using .NET Framework 4.0 as the platform, and using C # language to develop, The information extraction of fire protection facilities and the modification and reconstruction of fire pipe are realized in the complex building model. On this basis, based on the information of fire protection facilities in the database, the interactive interface of fire protection facilities management is designed, and the information efficient management is realized. Finally, the application of BIM platform in fire protection facility management and the advantages of 3D visualization in fire safety management are discussed.
