城镇化背景下的社区农业服务设计研究

【摘要】：城镇化进程为城市的发展注入一剂强心针，但同时也造成了一定程度上的社会问题，包括人际关系疏离，社区认同和参与感减弱；日益严重的环境污染问题，自然生态破坏加剧；食品网络构成的变化所导致的食品安全问题等。面对种种问题与挑战，人们开始关注自己所生活的环境，思考自我价值的实现，并且自主地探索解决方案，许多社会创新现象应运而生。社区农业，就是这其中的一种创新型的城市农业服务。社区农业将城市、居民联系起来，有益于社会网络的拓展及经济、环境的可持续发展，同时可以显著地改善城市环境与和城市居民的生活品质。但由于文化背景的差异性，国内外的社区农业服务呈现出不同的形式与特点。在国内，要将社区农业在民众生活中扎根，通过社区农业服务满足人们的需求，增强城市居民的人际网络黏度与群体认同感，尚需设计的干预与推动，，建立有效的、可行的、可复制的社区农业服务。本课题立足于中国城镇化发展的现实背景，尝试运用服务设计的理念与方法来构建合理有效的社区农业服务模式，探讨社区农业的发展思路、设计策略和具体的设计指南。本文由城镇化发展背景下的社会需求与价值导向入手，对社区农业以及设计干预方法进行解读，并对国内外现有的社区农业典型案例进行搜集整理，对比分析不同社区农业服务模式的特点；其次，通过对服务个案的实地走访以及对中国城市住宅社区内居民农业种植情况的调研，分析中国城镇化背景下社区农业发展的问题与机会；再次，指出移动社交为中国社区农业服务所带来的新的可能性，提出P2P协作型社区农业服务的设计定位，并通过对相关案例的分析，结合前期的调研结果，归纳出基于移动社交的协作型服务设计原则以及在协作型社区农业中的应用策略；最后，根据服务中用户的需求对服务场景提出构想，运用服务设计工具进行服务原型设计，并搭建协作型社区农业服务的移动社交平台。该课题的研究成果与最终的社区农业服务构想将会对相关的社区农业服务设计项目与城市农业创新活动起到理论上的支持作用，并给予一定的策略指导。同时，为城镇化进程中新型社区的建设提供新的研究思路与启发。
[Abstract]:The urbanization process injects a powerful needle into the development of the city, but at the same time, it also causes social problems to a certain extent, including the alienation of interpersonal relationships, the weakening of community identity and participation; The environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, the natural ecological damage is aggravated, and the food safety problem caused by the change of food network. In the face of all kinds of problems and challenges, people begin to pay attention to the environment in which they live, to think about the realization of their own value, and to explore solutions independently. Many social innovation phenomena emerge as the times require. Community agriculture is one of the innovative urban agricultural services. Community agriculture connects the city and residents, which is beneficial to the expansion of social network, the sustainable development of economy and environment, and the significant improvement of the urban environment and the quality of life of the urban residents at the same time. However, because of the difference of cultural background, the community agricultural service at home and abroad presents different forms and characteristics. In order to take root community agriculture in people's life, satisfy people's needs through community agriculture service, enhance the interpersonal network viscosity and group identity of urban residents, we still need to design the intervention and promotion to establish effective and feasible. Replicable community agricultural services. Based on the realistic background of China's urbanization development, this paper tries to use the concept and method of service design to construct a reasonable and effective community agricultural service model, and discusses the development ideas, design strategies and specific design guidelines of community agriculture. This paper starts with the social demand and value orientation under the background of urbanization development, interprets the community agriculture and the design intervention methods, and collects and collates the existing typical cases of community agriculture at home and abroad. Comparative analysis of the characteristics of different community agricultural service models; Secondly, it analyzes the problems and opportunities of community agriculture development under the background of urbanization through the field visits of service cases and the investigation of the agricultural planting situation of the residents in the urban residential communities in China. Thirdly, it points out the new possibility that mobile social service brings to Chinese community agricultural service, puts forward the design orientation of P2P collaborative community agricultural service, and through the analysis of relevant cases, combined with the previous research results. The principles of collaborative service design based on mobile social interaction and the application strategies in collaborative community agriculture are summarized. Finally, according to the needs of the users in the service, the service scenario is conceived, the service prototype is designed with the service design tools, and the mobile social platform of cooperative community agricultural services is built. The research results and the final conception of community agricultural service will play a theoretical role in supporting the related community agricultural service design projects and urban agricultural innovation activities, and give some strategic guidance. At the same time, it provides new research ideas and inspiration for the construction of new community in the process of urbanization.
