补气技术应用于高温热泵的实验研究

【摘要】:为了提高高温热泵运行经济性及稳定性,优化高温系统流程,通过在热泵系统中设置换热器型经济器,实验验证双螺杆压缩机补气技术在高温热泵中应用的可行性。实验研究表明:将补气技术应用于高温热泵是可行的,冷凝器出口水温在88℃下通过经济器补气可有效增加高温热泵的制热量,当相对补气量由9.88%增加至22.61%时,系统总制热量增加9.28kW,改善了其制热性能;在压缩机补气孔口已定条件下,存在最优补气压力,使该系统制热能效比最大;经济器的设置同时为冷凝器出口制冷剂提供较大的过冷度,保证了系统节流机构的安全运行。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the operation economy and stability of high temperature heat pump and optimize the flow of high temperature system, the feasibility of applying double screw compressor to high temperature heat pump was verified by setting a heat exchanger economizer in the heat pump system.
