各组分对瓷砖胶拉伸胶粘强度影响研究

【摘要】:通过试验考察了水泥、可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、早强剂等原材料组分在不同养护条件下对瓷砖胶拉伸胶粘强度的影响,合理控制各组分的添加量,可提高瓷砖胶的浸水后拉伸胶粘强度和热老化后拉伸胶粘强度,以制备性能良好的瓷砖胶产品。
[Abstract]:The effects of cement, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, early strength agent and other raw materials on the tensile adhesive strength of ceramic tile adhesive under different curing conditions were investigated. The tensile adhesive strength of ceramic tile adhesive after immersion and the tensile adhesive strength after thermal aging can be improved to prepare ceramic tile adhesive with good properties.
