重庆地区村镇住宅建筑用能模型研究

【摘要】:能源是人类赖以发展的根源,村镇作为一个快速崛起的群体,在能源消费中占据了越来越重要的地位。随着村镇生活水平的提高,村镇能源消费结构已发生较大变化,电、燃气等商品能源使用量在居民生活用能中日渐突显。本文通过对重庆地区村镇居民、经济、能源消费等基本情况进行调研,分析其用能需求、用能特性现状,结合调研数据,基于用电设施实测,建立重庆地区村镇住宅建筑用能模型,并基于用能模型进行村镇用能分析。 论文选取重庆地区永川、江津、长寿、璧山四个区县的十二个村镇进行调研,就其建筑、人口、经济、能源消费现状以及不同季节的村镇居民用能习惯等进行了问卷调查,,了解当地居民的用能方式及习惯,分析重庆地区村镇居民的经济、能源消费水平及能源需求现状。 针对重庆村镇住宅常见用电设施的运行功率进行每项用电设施测试周期为一周的实地监测,对其用电特性进行基础性研究,结合调研情况及理论计算,对重庆地区村镇住宅薪柴耗量、天然气耗量、液化石油气耗量、沼气耗量等进行用能模型建立,通过数学模型简化,并以数学函数形式表示,建立重庆村镇地区住宅用能模型。在用能模型的基础上,结合调研所得住宅用电设施及用能种类的基础数据,基于Microsoft excel编程平台进行模型用能逻辑关系处理及拟合使用系数,计算得到村镇住宅用能模型值,将用能模型值与调研值进行对比,通过直观作图、F及配对T检验用以验证重庆地区村镇住宅建筑用能模型,经验证,用能模型可基本反映重庆村镇用能实际耗量。 通过用能模型对重庆市村镇能源消费进行定量分析,得到不同用能模式下重庆村镇住宅各季节典型日用能曲线,分析不同用能模式下的村镇住宅生活用能特性。基于用能模型计算终端用能耗量,探讨重庆村镇住宅用能现状及能源消费结构,并按照能源消费特征将重庆村镇分为三大类。通过重庆村镇住宅用能分析为重庆村镇住宅建筑节能工作提供一定的基础数据。 基于村镇住宅用能模型的建立,以SPSS软件平台进行重庆村镇住宅进行三种方式用能聚类:方式1、各终端能耗用量的住宅聚类;方式2、基于不同能源种类的各终端用能的住宅聚类;方式3、商品能源用量的住宅聚类。据聚类结果分析,其影响分类的主要因素为炊事、夏季降温用能、电能消耗。将经济收入因素融入分析,以三个等级(-1,0,1)对用能耗量及经济进行判别,划分各类住宅用能等级区间,分析各类住宅用能特点,得到经济因素与用能量的关系。根据调研情况,结合生活用能分析、聚类分析结果,提出重庆地区村镇住宅关于炊事、家用电器、夏季降温、冬季采暖用能的节能策略及关注点。
[Abstract]:Energy is the root of human development. As a rapidly rising group, villages and towns play a more and more important role in energy consumption. With the improvement of living standards in villages and towns, the energy consumption structure of villages and towns has changed greatly, and the consumption of energy such as electricity, gas and other commodities has become increasingly prominent in the daily use of energy. Based on the investigation of the village and town residents, economy, energy consumption and so on in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the energy use demand and the current situation of energy use characteristics, and combines the survey data, based on the actual measurement of power facilities. The energy use model of the residential buildings in Chongqing area is established, and the energy use analysis is carried out based on the energy use model. This paper selects 12 villages and towns in Yongchuan, Jiang Jin, Longevity and Bishan counties in Chongqing area to investigate their buildings, population, economy, energy consumption status and energy use habits of villagers in different seasons. To understand the energy use patterns and habits of local residents, and analyze the economy, energy consumption level and energy demand of the residents in Chongqing. According to the running power of the common electric facilities in the villages and towns of Chongqing, this paper carries out a one-week field monitoring for each test period of the power facilities, carries on the basic research on its power characteristics, combines the investigation situation and the theoretical calculation. The energy consumption model of villages and towns in Chongqing is established, such as fuelwood consumption, natural gas consumption, liquefied petroleum gas consumption and biogas consumption. The model is simplified by mathematical model and expressed as mathematical function. On the basis of the energy use model, combined with the basic data of the residential power facilities and kinds of energy used, the model energy logical relation processing and the fitting using coefficient are carried out based on the Microsoft excel programming platform, and the values of the village house energy use model are calculated. By comparing the energy use model value with the investigation value, using the visual drawing, F and paired T test to verify the building energy consumption model of the villages and towns in Chongqing area, the energy use model can basically reflect the actual energy consumption of the villages and towns in Chongqing. Through the quantitative analysis of energy consumption in villages and towns in Chongqing, the typical daily energy curves of different energy use modes are obtained, and the characteristics of energy consumption in villages and towns under different energy use modes are analyzed. Based on the energy consumption model to calculate the energy consumption of the terminal, this paper discusses the present situation of energy consumption and the energy consumption structure of the towns and villages in Chongqing, and divides Chongqing villages and towns into three categories according to the characteristics of energy consumption. This paper provides some basic data for energy saving work of residential buildings in Chongqing through energy use analysis of villages and towns in Chongqing. Based on the establishment of the energy use model of villages and towns, the SPSS software platform is used to carry out three kinds of energy use clustering in Chongqing villages and towns: mode 1, residential clustering of each terminal energy consumption; Mode 2, the residential cluster based on the terminal energy of different kinds of energy, and the residential cluster of commodity energy consumption in mode 3. According to cluster analysis, the main factors affecting classification are cooking, summer cooling and energy consumption. In this paper, the factors of economic income are integrated into the analysis, and the energy consumption and economy are judged by three grades (-1 / 0 / 1), and the energy consumption grades of various residential buildings are divided, and the characteristics of energy use of various kinds of houses are analyzed, and the relationship between economic factors and energy consumption is obtained. According to the investigation situation, combined with the analysis of daily energy and the result of cluster analysis, this paper puts forward the energy saving strategies and concerns of the villages and towns in Chongqing about cooking, household appliances, cooling in summer and heating in winter.
