基于全寿命周期理论的绿色建筑成本效益研究

【摘要】:在全球经济蓬勃发展的进程中,环境和资源问题日益严重,走可持续发展道路早已成为大势所趋。绿色建筑作为新兴建筑产业,非常符合这一目标。然而,绿色建筑在我国起步较晚,加之前期投入相对传统建筑较高,因此在社会上对绿色建筑存在很多认识误区。本文针对此问题,从全寿命周期角度出发,对绿色建筑进行增量成本和增量效益分析,通过研究,构建绿色建筑全寿命周期增量成本和增量效益的评价模型,以期验证绿色建筑相对于传统建筑的优越性,为绿色建筑的推广提供有价值的参考。本文共分为六个部分,第一章是文章的绪论部分,介绍了论文研究背景和国内外研究现状,并针对目前的研究现状指出不足之处,指出论文研究的目的和意义以及研究内容和研究方法;第二章是文章的理论综述部分,首先介绍了全寿命周期理论的内容及发展进程,而后对绿色建筑的概念、特点以及与传统建筑的区别进行了阐述;第三章是关于绿色建筑成本与效益的分析,首先对绿色建筑成本的组成、特点以及影响因素进行阐述,然后从经济、环境、社会三方面对绿色建筑效益进行分析,进而提出绿色建筑经济效益的评价涵义,并选取了相应的评价指标;第四章分析绿色建筑全寿命周期内增量成本与增量效益,首先指出增量成本与增量效益的具体内容以及相应的定量计算方法,然后在分析增量成本与增量效益的基础上,建立了绿色建筑全寿命周期增量成本与增量效益模型,详细介绍了模型各参数的含义和各指标的量化方法;第五章选取了某绿色建筑工程案例,通过对其增量成本与增量效益各项指标进行全寿命周期分析,验证绿色建筑全寿命周期增量成本与增量效益模型的可行性;最后是文章的结论与展望,对本文的主要工作成果和未尽之处进行了总结。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economy, environmental and resource problems are becoming more and more serious, and sustainable development has long been the trend of the times. Green building as a new building industry, very in line with this goal. However, green architecture starts late in our country, and the early investment is higher than that of traditional architecture, so there are many misunderstandings on green architecture in the society. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the incremental cost and benefit of green building from the point of view of the whole life cycle, and constructs the evaluation model of incremental cost and benefit of the whole life cycle of green building through research. In order to verify the superiority of green building compared with traditional architecture, provide valuable reference for the promotion of green building. This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter is the introduction of the article, introduced the research background and domestic and foreign research status, and pointed out the deficiencies of the current research situation, The purpose and significance of the research, the contents and methods of the research are pointed out. The second chapter is the theory summary part of the article, first introduced the whole life cycle theory content and the development process, then has carried on the elaboration to the green building concept, the characteristic and the difference with the traditional building; The third chapter is about the green building cost and the benefit analysis, first to the green building cost composition, the characteristic and the influence factor carries on the elaboration, then carries on the analysis from the economy, the environment, the society three aspects to the green building benefit. Then the evaluation meaning of green building economic benefit is put forward, and the corresponding evaluation index is selected. The fourth chapter analyzes the incremental cost and incremental benefit in the whole life cycle of green building, points out the specific contents of incremental cost and incremental benefit and the corresponding quantitative calculation method, and then analyzes the incremental cost and incremental benefit on the basis of the analysis of incremental cost and incremental benefit. The incremental cost and increment benefit model of the whole life cycle of green building is established, and the meaning of each parameter of the model and the quantification method of each index are introduced in detail. The fifth chapter selects a green building project case, through the increment cost and the increment benefit each index carries on the whole life cycle analysis, verifies the green building entire life cycle increment cost and the increment benefit model feasibility; Finally, the conclusion and prospect of the paper are given, and the main achievements and unfinished parts of this paper are summarized.
