建造视角下的建筑部品体系研究

【摘要】:新型建筑工业化的“新”,强调信息的介入。建筑部品不同于普通建筑构件,它是物质的集成也是信息的集成,是一个信息的载体,是信息时代建筑工业化发展的基础。建造视角的选取基于系统论的理论支持,强调建筑是建造系统相互作用的产物,是由物质的存在、物质的连接和动态的变化所组成的。完善的建筑部品体系应是新型建筑工业化可实现全信息化、精细化生产、快速拼装的建筑本身。片面地将建筑部品理解成简单的物质是不科学的,物质之间界面的连接,物质由盛至衰的变化过程同样隶属于建筑系统和建筑部品系统。 论文从建筑部品作为物质存在的本身出发,研究“部品”这一制造业词汇的缘起,并引出“建筑部品”的概念。归纳总结前人研究成果,对“建筑部品”的概念进行界定。通过向制造业学习,学习制造业先进的生产流程,制造业对信息的有效管理、使用者需求分析等,将建筑的生产搬上工厂的流水线,探索如何快速又有效地向建筑工地提供大量优质建筑部品。 论文所选取的建造视角是在系统论的支持下,对建筑建造的过程进行深入剖析,以唤醒当代建筑师应当更加注重建造过程而非建筑形式。好的建筑品质是使建筑得以长寿化的关键。信息技术下实现设计与建造的再整合,充分利用虚拟建造的优势,优化设计,提高效率,并提早发现建造过程中可能出现的问题并及时修改设计,使建造更加精细化和高效性。 全信息化的完善的建造视角下的建筑部品体系就是一个完整的工业化建造下的建筑,它是建筑工业化的需求,信息时代的必然。完善的部品体系是多系统相互合作的结果,每一个建筑部品都具有几何属性、位置属性、性能参数属性、界面连接方法的技术属性以及维护、回收等的管理属性,这些属性在一起相互协同构成建筑。 论文以2013年国际太阳能十项全能竞赛北京交通大学队作品“i-yard”作为案例分析,使整个建筑采用部品化建造。并重点分析了外围护部品体系,最后建立一个可供建筑全寿命周期选用的部品目录。从而论证本研究成果的科学性与适用性。笔者在附录部分附上建筑师、施工企业人员、部品企业人员的访谈实录,再次从实践出发了解该部品体系在业内推广的可能性。
[Abstract]:The new construction industrialization emphasizes the intervention of information. Building parts are different from ordinary building components. They are the integration of material and information, a carrier of information, and the basis of the development of architecture industrialization in the information age. The selection of construction perspective is based on the theory of system theory, emphasizing that architecture is the product of the interaction of construction system, which is composed of the existence of matter, the connection of material and the change of dynamics. The perfect architecture product system should be the architecture itself which can realize the full information, fine production and quick assembling of the new building industrialization. It is unscientific to interpret the building parts as simple materials. The interface between materials is connected, and the change process of matter from prosperity to decline is also attached to the building system and the building parts system. From the point of view of the existence of architecture as material, this paper studies the origin of the manufacturing vocabulary of "part", and leads to the concept of "part of architecture". Summarize the previous research results and define the concept of "architectural products". By learning from the manufacturing industry, learning the advanced manufacturing processes, the effective management of information in the manufacturing industry, and the analysis of user needs, the production of buildings can be moved to the assembly line of the factory. Explore how to quickly and effectively provide a large number of high-quality building products to the construction site. Under the support of system theory, the construction angle of view selected in this paper is to deeply analyze the process of building construction in order to awaken the contemporary architects to pay more attention to the construction process rather than the architectural form. Good building quality is the key to longevity. Under the information technology, the design and construction are reintegrated, the advantages of virtual construction are fully utilized, the design is optimized, the efficiency is improved, and the problems that may appear in the process of construction are discovered early and the design is modified in time to make the construction more refined and efficient. The architecture part system under the perfect construction angle of the full information technology is a building under the complete industrialization construction, which is the demand of the building industrialization and the necessity of the information age. The perfect part system is the result of multi-system cooperation. Every building product has geometric attribute, position attribute, performance parameter attribute, technical attribute of interface connection method and management attribute of maintenance, recovery, etc. These attributes work together to form a building. This paper takes "i-yard" as a case study, and makes the whole building be built in a piecemeal way in the light of the 2013 International Solar Decathlon Competition, Beijing Jiaotong University team's work "i-yard" as a case study. Finally, a catalogue of parts for the whole life cycle of buildings is established. In order to demonstrate the scientific nature and applicability of the research results. In the appendix part, the author attached the interview record of architect, construction enterprise personnel and part enterprise personnel, and then understood the possibility of popularizing the part system in the industry from the point of practice.
