天津五大道历史街区外部空间更新研究

【摘要】：城市外部空间应该随着城市的发展不断更新,历史街区作为城市最富特色的区域,也需与时俱进,不断更新,以满足当代城市物质和文化生活的需求。五大道位于天津市核心区域,是天津市规模最大、历史信息保存最完整的历史街区,在城市发展过程中,作为天津市规划建设的花园商务区和主要旅游目的地,其外部空间也在不断更新过程中。近年来街区内一些试验性更新实践,如庆王府、民园西里、先农大院、民园广场等在外部空间更新方面均获得了良好的效果,同时街区内还有很多地点和很多方面亟待更新。本文以天津市中心城区功能更新为出发点,分析了五大道历史街区的核心价值和职能定位,并从节点、流线、界面、空间四个层面对五大道历史街区的外部空间现状进行了梳理,总结其现存主要问题。在现状分析的基础上,结合国内外历史街区外部空间更新的优秀案例分析研究,从空间体系、历史传承、时代特征三个方面,提出了五大道历史街区外部空间的更新策略,并以睦南道为例,进行局部空间节点的更新方案设计,希冀为其他街道、节点等外部空间的更新提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The outer space of the city should be updated with the development of the city. As the most characteristic region of the city, the historical district should also keep pace with the times and renew constantly to meet the needs of the material and cultural life of the contemporary city. Located in the core region of Tianjin, the Fifth Avenue is the largest historical district in Tianjin with the most complete preservation of historical information. In the process of urban development, it serves as a garden business district and a major tourist destination for the planning and construction of Tianjin. Its external space is also in the process of continuous renewal. In recent years, some experimental renewal practices in the block, such as Qingwangfu, Xili, Xiyuan, Qiannong courtyard, garden square and so on, have obtained good results in the renewal of external space, and there are still many places and many areas in the block that need to be updated urgently. Based on the function renewal of downtown Tianjin, this paper analyzes the core value and function orientation of the historical district of the five main roads, and analyzes the node, streamline and interface. Four dimensions of the space of the five historical blocks of the external space of combing, summed up its existing main problems. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation, combined with the excellent case study of the renewal of the outer space of the historical blocks at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the renewal strategy of the outer space of the five historical blocks from the three aspects of the space system, the historical heritage and the characteristics of the times. Taking Moonan Road as an example, the renewal scheme of local space nodes is designed, which is expected to provide reference for the renewal of other streets and nodes.
