智能TRC板加固RC梁力电性能试验研究

【摘要】:研制了一种基于碳纤维传感特性的自监测智能TRC板,进行智能TRC板抗弯性能试验,检验智能TRC板的应变传感性能;进行智能TRC板加固RC梁抗弯性能试验,研究智能TRC板加固RC梁抗弯力电性能。研究结果表明,通过TRC电阻变化率和应变的关系,可以实现对TRC结构裂缝的监测;智能TRC板电阻灵敏系数为20,比常用电阻应变片灵敏系数大;加固梁荷载-位移曲线与荷载-电阻曲线基本吻合,智能TRC能够有效地监测试件受力损伤演化过程;智能TRC板加固RC结构,不仅能为结构提供有效承载力和延性,还能为结构在服役阶段的安全性提供有效的监测技术,实现集高效结构和实时结构健康监测于一体之目的。
[Abstract]:A self-monitoring intelligent TRC board based on carbon fiber sensing characteristics was developed to test the bending performance of intelligent TRC board and to test the strain sensing performance of intelligent TRC plate. The flexural properties of RC beams strengthened with intelligent TRC plates were tested and the flexural properties of RC beams strengthened with intelligent TRC plates were studied. The results show that the crack of TRC structure can be monitored by the relationship between the rate of change of TRC resistance and strain, and the sensitivity coefficient of resistance of intelligent TRC plate is 20, which is larger than that of common resistance strain gauge. The load-displacement curve agrees with the load-resistance curve, and intelligent TRC can effectively monitor the damage evolution process of the specimen. The intelligent TRC plate can not only provide the effective bearing capacity and ductility for the structure, but also provide an effective monitoring technology for the security of the structure in service stage, and realize the purpose of integrating efficient structure and real-time structural health monitoring.
