长春市莲花山生态旅游度假区居住建筑空间布局研究

【摘要】：近年来居住建筑飞速发展,建筑空间布局、建筑结构选型、建筑外立面造型、建筑人性化设计以及建筑给人的整体感受也在悄然的发生着变化。随着人们对于居住的要求越来越高,这些对于居住建筑深入性的研究也成了炙手可热的新兴话题。本文以规划设计学、建筑设计学、美学、心理学等多角度理论为基础,将人性化的概念引入对居住建筑空间布局的设计与研究中,提出居住建筑空间布局应注重人性化设计,以及关注自然因素、人文因素等对居住建筑空间布局影响的概念,以人的心理感受为主要考虑对象,全方位在实践与总结中寻找新型建筑空间布局的设计策略,并探讨怎样通过总结出的设计策略,在考虑多方面影响的因素下对长春莲花山生态旅游度假区现代都市组团的居住建筑进行整体合理的布局,并通过考虑居住环境中人的情绪等心理行为,造物造景,来体现人文的关怀、文化的生活方式等。同时,根据对自然因素如地形地貌、微环境、日照因素和对人文因素如文化和社会的因素研究,对居住建筑空间布局有了深入透彻的想法与分析。居住建筑空间布局不仅仅是建筑空间的摆布形式,不仅仅是为了满足日照挡光,不仅仅是为了迎合地形地貌,而更多的是对建筑本身心理感受的精神追求,居住建筑的空间布局可以改变居住人群的心理感受、改变居住区的整体形象,因布局不同各具差异,因此研究居住建筑的空间布局既可以节约土地资源,又可以营造良好的居住区环境,也可以改善人的居住心理。如何利用好外界因素包括自然因素和人文因素,借力寻找莲花山生态旅游度假区居住建筑空间布局的具体方法和路径是本次课题研究的要点。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of residential architecture, the layout of architectural space, the selection of architectural structure, the modeling of external facade, the humanized design of architecture and the overall feeling of architecture to people are also quietly changing. With the increasing demand for housing, these in-depth research on residential architecture has become a hot new topic. Based on the theories of planning and design, architectural design, aesthetics, psychology and so on, this paper introduces the concept of humanization into the design and research of the space layout of residential buildings, and puts forward that the layout of residential buildings should pay attention to humanized design. As well as the concept of paying attention to the influence of natural factors and humanistic factors on the layout of residential building space, taking the psychological feeling of human being as the main consideration object, looking for the design strategy of the new architectural space layout in all directions in the practice and summary. And discusses how to sum up the design strategy, under the consideration of a variety of factors to the Changchun Lianhuashan Eco-tourism Resort modern urban residential buildings for the overall and reasonable layout, And through the consideration of people's emotional and other psychological behavior in the living environment, creating landscape, to reflect the humanistic care, cultural lifestyle and so on. At the same time, based on the study of natural factors such as landform, microenvironment, sunshine factors and humanistic factors such as culture and society, the spatial layout of residential buildings has been thoroughly thought and analyzed. The layout of residential building space is not only the form of architectural space, not only to satisfy the sunlight, not only to cater to the topography, but also to the spiritual pursuit of the psychological feeling of the building itself. The spatial layout of residential buildings can change the psychological feelings of residents, change the overall image of residential areas, because the layout is different, so the spatial layout of residential buildings can save land resources. Can also create a good residential environment, but also improve people's residential psychology. How to make good use of the external factors, including natural factors and human factors, and how to find out the specific methods and paths of the space layout of living buildings in Lianhuashan Eco-tourism Resort are the main points of this study.
