钢结构建筑墙体构造方法研究

【摘要】:发展绿色建筑是未来我国建筑发展的趋势。作为绿色建筑的代表,钢结构建筑具有“轻快好省”的性能特点,同时满足生态承载能力的要求。结构形式和使用材料的改变使得钢结构建筑墙体构造方法有别于传统钢筋混凝土结构。在钢结构建筑墙体构造设计时不能单纯的套用传统建筑的构造方法,也应区别于其他建筑形式,选择适合的材料及构造方法。 本论文以材料学、力学和建筑构造原理等理论为基础,从砌块、板材、幕墙三个方面分别对钢结构建筑墙体的材料选择,连接构造方法进行调查和研究。通过对墙体材料结构性能、围护性能、施工工艺性能、经济性能、墙体装饰的比较分析,提出钢结构建筑墙体材料选择建议。墙体与钢结构的连接构造方法从墙体与墙体、墙体与钢构件、墙体与门窗和幕墙连接几个方面归纳分析,,结合实例优化分析了钢结构建筑墙体的连接构造方法,得出连接构造方法的一些结论。 论文通过墙体材料的优化选择,提供适宜的建筑墙体材料;通过墙体连接方法的优化分析,方便灵活运用连接构造方法,丰富建筑设计语言。以期可以通过借鉴性能类似的墙体材料和连接方法拓展新型墙体材料和连接方法。
[Abstract]:The development of green architecture is the trend of the development of Chinese architecture in the future. As the representative of green building, steel structure building has the characteristic of "light and good economy", and meets the requirement of ecological carrying capacity at the same time. Due to the change of structure form and using material, the wall construction method of steel structure is different from that of traditional reinforced concrete structure. In the design of the wall structure of steel structure building, the traditional building construction method should not be simply applied, and the suitable materials and construction method should be selected. Based on the theory of material science, mechanics and architectural structure, this paper investigates and studies the material selection and connection construction method of steel structure building wall from three aspects: block, plate and curtain wall. Based on the comparative analysis of the structure performance, enclosure performance, construction technology performance, economic performance and wall decoration of the wall materials, suggestions for the selection of wall materials for steel structure building are put forward. The connection construction method of wall and steel structure is summarized and analyzed from the aspects of wall and wall, wall and steel member, wall and door and window and curtain wall. Some conclusions of connection construction method are obtained. Through the optimum selection of wall materials, the paper provides suitable building wall materials, and through the optimization analysis of wall connection method, it is convenient and flexible to use the connection construction method and enrich the architectural design language. It is expected that the new wall materials and connection methods can be developed by using the similar wall materials and joining methods for reference.
