利用TEKLA建模提高临沂亿晨项目钢结构安装精度和速度

【摘要】:钢结构工程的蓬勃发展使得钢结构在越来越多的大型工业建筑中得到应用,钢结构建筑优势显现出来,高层、超高层建筑以及钢结构住宅都呈上升趋势。上海金茂大厦,北京国家体育馆鸟巢都是钢结构建筑的杰出代表。 TEKLA是钢结构设计深化软件,其优秀的设计理念和不断拓展的强大功能使得设计师从繁杂的工作中解脱出来,可以高效的开展工作,TEKLA能与BIM对接,能使用计算机软件模型模拟整个工程设施的建设和运营,体现即将开工的建设信息,呈现更好的心信息管理,提高建筑工业的生产力。TEKLA以3D模型为基础的独特软件系统结构,让使用者可以建立包括设计、制造和安装所需的全部资料,模拟真实结构的智慧型3D模型,随时可以输出2D的图纸及报表。紧密结合输出,确保建立的高效率与准确性。通过内建的功能,让设计的模型每次修改后都会自动调整,任何修改和变更都会自动更新都相关工程图纸中。 亿晨镍铬合金4X36000KVA镍铁电炉工程就是一个全钢结构的多层重钢建筑,整个项目有回转窑、干燥窑、1#、2#厂房等几个单体组成,,回转窑、干燥窑包括20个混凝土剪力墙大支墩及4条管桁架通廊。主厂房框架平面尺寸为42*78m,构件类型包括箱型柱、格构柱、H型钢柱、H型钢梁、蜂窝梁等,钢结构工程结构复杂,钢构件截面大,节点繁多,采用传统CAD作图很难准确全面的将构件图纸拆分,不利于构件加工及安装。TEKLA创建3D模型,能直观表示出构件位置及各节点是否存在碰撞冲突,能准确的将每个构件及零件图纸深化,指导现场构件安装,TEKLA能与BIM对接,将钢结构与土建,水电,消防等系统在模型中全部显示出来,能准确的指导现场施工顺序,提高施工进度。 通过TEKLA详图深化设计的应用、加工的应用以及安装中的应用分析提高临沂亿晨项目的钢结构安装精度和速度。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of steel structure engineering, steel structure has been applied in more and more large industrial buildings. Shanghai Jinmao Tower, Beijing National Stadium Bird's Nest are outstanding representatives of steel architecture. TEKLA is the deepening software of steel structure design. With its excellent design concept and expanding powerful function, the designer can get rid of the complicated work, and can carry out the work efficiently. TEKLA can connect with BIM. The computer software model can be used to simulate the construction and operation of the whole project facilities, to reflect the construction information about to start, to present better information management of the heart and to improve the productivity of the construction industry.The unique software system structure of TEKLA is based on 3D model. Allows the user to create all the information needed to design, manufacture and install, simulate the real structure of the intelligent 3D model, can output 2D drawings and reports at any time. Combine output closely to ensure high efficiency and accuracy. Through the built-in function, the design model is automatically adjusted after each modification, and any modifications and changes are automatically updated in the relevant engineering drawings. The Yichen Ni-Cr alloy 4X36000KVA Ni-Fe electric furnace project is a multi-story heavy steel building with a steel structure. The whole project consists of several monomers, such as rotary kiln, drying kiln, 1 #2# factory building, and rotary kiln. The kiln consists of 20 large supported concrete shear wall piers and 4 pipe truss corridors. The plane size of the frame of the main factory building is 42278m.The member types include box column, lattice column, H-shaped steel column, H-type steel beam, honeycomb beam and so on. The structure of steel structure is complex, the section of steel member is large, and the joints are various. It is difficult to separate component drawing accurately and comprehensively by using traditional CAD drawing, which is not good for component processing and installation. TEKLA creates 3D model, which can directly express the position of component and whether there is collision conflict between nodes. Can accurately deepen the drawing of each component and parts, guide the installation of on-site components, TEKLA can connect with the BIM, the steel structure and civil engineering, hydropower, fire control systems are all displayed in the model, can accurately guide the site construction sequence, Improve the progress of construction. Through the application of the TEKLA detailed drawing, the application of the design, the application of the machining and the application analysis of the installation, the installation accuracy and speed of the steel structure of Linyi Yichen Project are improved.
