钢筋混凝土框架结构梁柱截面尺寸的优化研究

【摘要】:在框架结构设计中,,梁的上下部纵筋需根据截面弯矩来确定,当梁端的弯矩与跨中的弯矩相差太大的时候,弯矩小的截面的混凝土材料不能得到充分利用,造成材料浪费。为了能够更好的充分利用材料,发挥材料的力学性能,若在结构设计时,设计出的结构截面尺寸使梁端的弯矩和跨中的弯矩相差不大,亦或趋于均衡,那么就可以充分地利用材料,使设计出来的结构在满足安全的条件下,趋于经济合理。 本文在理论上分析了梁柱截面尺寸与节点受力分配的关系。通过变化梁和柱的截面尺寸来分析梁、柱截面尺寸的变化对结构内力的影响关系。对各截面尺寸下的框架模型进行了内力计算分析,通过对各截面尺寸杆端弯矩和跨中弯矩进行比较,找出了使梁端的弯矩和跨中的弯矩相差不大,亦或趋于均衡时的梁柱刚度比的范围。分析结果表明:在忽略梁、柱轴向变形和剪切变形的情况下,当梁与柱线刚度比K在0.7~1.3范围时,框架结构的内力分布相差不大,相对来说还是比较均衡的,能够达到梁柱截面尺寸优化的目的。 本文以锦州市酿造厂办公楼为研究对象,建立了2个不同层高的结构模型,利用PKPM系列软件,在现行结构设计规范下对其抗震性和经济性进行了计算和分析。结果表明:在考虑梁柱线刚度比的情况下,梁与柱的线刚度比K在0.7~1.1范围时,结构比较经济,满足梁柱线刚度比K属于0.7~1.3时内力分布均衡的理论范围,此时梁高取跨度的1/12。
[Abstract]:In the design of frame structure, the longitudinal reinforcement of the upper and lower parts of the beam should be determined according to the bending moment of the section. When the moment at the end of the beam is too different from the moment in the middle of the span, the concrete material of the section with small bending moment can not be fully utilized, resulting in material waste. In order to make full use of the material and give full play to the mechanical properties of the material, if the structural cross-section size is designed, the difference between the bending moment at the end of the beam and the moment in the span is little, or tends to be balanced. Then we can make full use of the material and make the designed structure more economical and reasonable under the condition of satisfying the safety. In this paper, the relationship between the size of Liang Zhu section and the force distribution of joints is analyzed theoretically. By changing the cross section size of the beam and column, the influence of the change of the section size of the column on the internal force of the structure is analyzed. The internal force calculation and analysis of the frame model with different cross-section dimensions are carried out. By comparing the bending moment at the end of the beam and the moment in the middle of the span, it is found that the moment at the end of the beam is not different from the moment in the middle of the span. Or tend to balance the range of Liang Zhu stiffness ratio. The results show that under the condition of neglecting the beam, column axial deformation and shear deformation, when the ratio of beam to column stiffness K is in the range of 0.7 ~ 1.3, the internal force distribution of the frame structure is relatively balanced. Can achieve Liang Zhu section size optimization purpose. In this paper, taking the office building of Jinzhou brewing factory as the research object, two structural models with different story height are established. The aseismic and economical properties of the building are calculated and analyzed under the current structural design code by using PKPM software. The results show that when the linear stiffness ratio K of beam and column is in the range of 0.7 ~ 1.1, the structure is more economical and satisfies the theoretical range of equal distribution of internal force when the ratio K is 0.71.3.The result shows that the linear stiffness ratio K of Liang Zhu is in the theoretical range of 0.7 ~ 1.3, and the linear stiffness ratio K of beam and column is in the range of 0.7 ~ 1.1. At this point, the beam is 1 / 12 of the span.
