软土地区深基坑分级支护应用研究

【摘要】:随着软土地区城市建设的不断发展,城市用地情况越来越紧张,如何提高土地的利用率成为了如今城市建设发展的主题。随着土地以上空间的不断开发使用,楼层高度逐渐攀升,但是楼层高度也不是无限的,这就要求我们想办法充分利用地面以下的空间,如此便诞生了地下空间开发时产生的土体支护问题。如何合理安全的选择支护结构开发地下空间需要强有力的科学技术支持,特别是在深厚淤泥层中基坑支护结构选型不当容易引起基坑位移过大、坍塌、场地周边管线和道路损坏等对环境造成较大影响的问题。这就需要深入研究软土的各种性状及其在不同开挖条件下对支护结构的影响,从而提出在深厚软土地区开挖深大基坑的最优支护方式。在深厚软土地区深基坑支护工程的大量实践中,发现软土地区深基坑支护工程中的实际土压力与理论土压力值差别较大,且不同深度上的土压力值呈非线性变化。如何最大限度的降低因基坑土方开挖造成的主动土压力剧烈变化是基坑支护过程中的关键问题,而分级支护是分散土压力、提高支护结构刚度利用率的有效方法。因此,在软土地区深基坑支护过程中应充分考虑分级综合支护,降低单一支护结构最大支护高度,充分发挥各种支护结构的优势,但是如何科学合理地在不同地层环境条件下组合使用各类支护结构即成为了当前急需解决的重要课题。本文利用实际工程案例系统分析研究了深厚软土地层深基坑分级组合支护中土压力与支护结构的相互协调关系。具体研究成果主要包括:1.分级组合支护结构体系在不同地层环境条件下的适用条件;2.软土地区深基坑分级组合支护中土压力的计算及其实际分布;3.小尺寸筒体支护结构在分级支护结构中的特殊运用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction in soft soil areas, the situation of urban land use is becoming more and more tense. How to improve the utilization rate of land has become the theme of urban construction and development. With the continuous development and use of the space above the land, the floor height gradually rises, but the floor height is not unlimited, which requires us to find ways to make full use of the space below the ground level. In this way, the soil support problem occurred when the underground space was developed. How to select the support structure reasonably and safely to develop the underground space needs strong scientific and technological support, especially in the deep silt layer, the improper selection of the foundation pit support structure may cause the foundation pit displacement to be too large and collapse. The damage of pipelines and roads around the site has a great impact on the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study the characteristics of soft soil and its influence on the supporting structure under different excavation conditions, so as to put forward the optimal support method for excavation of deep and large foundation pit in deep soft soil area. In the practice of deep foundation pit support engineering in deep soft soil area, it is found that the actual earth pressure in the deep foundation pit support engineering in soft soil area is quite different from the theoretical earth pressure value, and the earth pressure value in different depth shows nonlinear variation. How to minimize the active earth pressure caused by excavation is the key problem in the process of foundation pit support, while the graded support is an effective method to disperse the earth pressure and improve the stiffness utilization ratio of the supporting structure. Therefore, in the process of supporting deep foundation pit in soft soil area, we should take full account of hierarchical comprehensive support, reduce the maximum support height of single support structure, and give full play to the advantages of various supporting structures. However, how to use all kinds of supporting structures scientifically and reasonably under different stratum environment conditions has become an important issue that needs to be solved. In this paper, the relationship between earth pressure and supporting structure in deep foundation pit combined support in deep soft soil is analyzed and studied systematically by using practical engineering cases. Specific research results include: 1. The suitable conditions of hierarchical combined support structure system under different stratigraphic environment conditions; 2. Calculation and actual distribution of earth pressure in deep foundation pit combined support in soft soil area; 3. Special Application of small size cylinder support structure in hierarchical support structure.
