基于BIM技术的建筑环境性能分析与评估

【摘要】:随着我国城市化建设的快速发展,建筑的能耗和环境问题日益引起人们的关注。传统的建筑环境分析与评估方法存在着建筑环境分析滞后、信息获取难度大、计算精度低等问题。BIM作为信息技术在建筑领域的应用,它通过建立建筑的三维信息模型,对建筑的所有相关信息进行集成化管理,为建筑的计算和分析等提供了数据支持。针对传统建筑环境性能分析与评估的不足,本文采用理论分析、模型分析和量化的方法研究了基于BIM技术的建筑环境性能分析与评估。 本文通过文献分析总结了目前建筑环境性能分析与评估的相关理论和方法,研究了传统建筑设计环境分析中存在的问题及其发展趋势;介绍了BIM理论的概念、技术特点及其研究现状,并对BIM的数据转换和标准问题进一步研究。BIM是一个包含建筑物所有相关信息的数据库,以直观形象的三维模型作为建设项目的信息载体,,是建筑物实体与功能特性的数字表达形式。同时,BIM技术提供不同形式的接口,能够与各种分析软件协同对接,基于这些特点对BIM用于建筑环境性能分析与评估做了可行性分析,研究了基于BIM的建筑设计环境分析的方法和流程和基于BIM技术的LEED建筑环境性能分析与评估的方法。基于这些研究,提出在建筑设计过程中将BIM技术与建筑设计环境分析相结合进行建筑环境性能分析与评估,实现建筑设计可持续。 在理论研究的基础上,本文结合工程实例研究了基于BIM的建筑环境性能分析与评估的具体实施方法。文章以宜昌地区某制药厂房建筑为研究对象,对建筑的环境性能进行模拟和评估。首先利用Revit软件建立该建筑的信息模型,对该建筑空间几何信息、建筑空间功能信息、建筑材料以及设备等各专业相关数据信息进行数据集成与一体化管理。然后经过数据转换,将建立的BIM模型导出建筑环境分析的专用格式文件。将该分析模型文件导入Ecotect软件中,利用软件集成的环境分析工具对项目所在地的气候条件如太阳辐射,通风,相对湿度等进行分析;最后在Ecotect软件中对建筑的环境性能太阳辐射、通风、能耗等进行模拟并根据模拟结果对该建筑的性能进行评价并提出改善意见。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the energy consumption and environmental problems of buildings have attracted more and more attention. The traditional methods of building environment analysis and evaluation have many problems, such as lagging behind in analysis of building environment, difficulty in obtaining information, low precision of calculation, etc. BIM, as the application of information technology in the field of architecture, establishes three-dimensional information model of architecture, and so on. The integrated management of all the related information of the building provides data support for the calculation and analysis of the building. Aiming at the deficiency of traditional building environment performance analysis and evaluation, this paper studies the analysis and evaluation of building environment performance based on BIM technology by the methods of theoretical analysis, model analysis and quantification. This paper summarizes the relevant theories and methods of performance analysis and evaluation of architectural environment through literature analysis, and studies the problems existing in the environmental analysis of traditional architectural design and its development trend. This paper introduces the concept, technical characteristics and research status of BIM theory, and further studies the data conversion and standard problems of BIM. BIM is a database that contains all the relevant information of buildings. As the information carrier of construction project, the three-dimensional model of visual image is the digital expression form of building entity and function characteristic. At the same time, BIM technology provides different forms of interface, and can be coordinated with various analysis software. Based on these characteristics, the feasibility analysis of BIM for building environment performance analysis and evaluation is made. This paper studies the method and process of building design environment analysis based on BIM and the method of performance analysis and evaluation of LEED building environment based on BIM technology. Based on these studies, it is put forward to combine BIM technology with environmental analysis of architectural design to analyze and evaluate the performance of architectural environment in the process of architectural design, so as to realize the sustainability of architectural design. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper studies the concrete implementation method of building environment performance analysis and assessment based on BIM combined with engineering examples. In this paper, the environmental performance of a pharmaceutical factory building in Yichang area is simulated and evaluated. Firstly, the information model of the building is established by using Revit software, and the data integration and integrated management of the building space geometry information, building space function information, building materials and equipment and other related data information are carried out. Then after data conversion, the established BIM model is exported to a special format file for building environment analysis. The analysis model files are imported into Ecotect software, and the climatic conditions such as solar radiation, ventilation and relative humidity are analyzed by the software integrated environmental analysis tools. Finally, the environmental performance of the building is simulated in Ecotect software, such as solar radiation, ventilation, energy consumption and so on. According to the simulation results, the performance of the building is evaluated and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
