氯离子腐蚀环境下钢管混凝土轴拉构件受力性能研究

【摘要】:该文建立了用以研究钢管混凝土在长期轴拉荷载与氯离子腐蚀共同作用下力学性能的有限元模型。模型中考虑了长期荷载下混凝土的收缩徐变以及恶劣环境导致的钢管腐蚀的影响,模型计算结果得到试验数据的验证。利用建立的有限元分析模型,研究了长期荷载与腐蚀对钢管混凝土承载能力的影响,并与空钢管进行了对比,同时对组合截面材料间内力重分布的规律进行了分析,明晰了其受力全过程的工作机理。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a finite element model is established to study the mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) under long-term axial tensile load and chloride ion corrosion. The effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete under long-term load and corrosion of steel tube caused by harsh environment are considered in the model. The calculated results of the model are verified by the experimental data. Based on the established finite element analysis model, the influence of long-term load and corrosion on the bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) is studied and compared with that of empty steel tube. At the same time, the law of internal force and weight distribution among composite cross-section materials is analyzed. The working mechanism of the whole process is clarified.
