钢结构住宅结构体系应用研究

【摘要】:钢结构住宅具有抗震性能好、施工速度快、可循环再利用等优点,符合住宅产业化和可持续发展的要求。随着我国钢产量日益增加,钢结构设计、安装技术日渐成熟,发展钢结构住宅产业成为我国住宅产业化进程中的一个新的命题。目前,我国各地积极参与这一体系的研究和实践,并有了一批钢结构住宅试点工程的建设经验和科技成果,然而,在建设实践中也发现了大量制约钢结构住宅发展的问题。 本论文以多高层钢结构住宅作为研究对象,通过资料收集、分析比较、实例设计,探讨目前钢结构住宅存在的问题,并且针对具体实例提出可行解决方案,为其今后钢结构住宅的设计提供参考。 本文主要工作及研究成果包括: 首先,在大量阅读和查阅我国钢结构住宅有关资料的基础上,总结了我国多高层钢结构住宅的建设情况和常用结构体系的优缺点。通过对已建工程实地走访调研、分析设计资料,从结构体系、建筑功能、配套设施等方面对目前限制我国钢结构住宅发展的关键问题进行了深入分析。 其次对两幢有代表性的钢结构住宅即小高层的代表11层和高层的代表19层进行了方案设计,包括建筑户型设计、抗侧力结构体系的设计、围护材料的选择等。在设计过程中注重建筑与结构两专业的密切配合,找出了最合适的户型设计和结构方案,探讨了钢结构住宅所存在问题的具体解决方案,为今后钢结构住宅的设计提供了参考。 本文还分别对中高层钢结构住宅、高层钢结构住宅的设计方案进行了综合经济性能分析,发现与钢筋混凝土结构住宅相比钢结构住宅的造价偏高,但其在自重轻、施工工期短和使用面积大等方面确实有优越、长期的综合效益。 最后,在总结本文研究的基础上,提出本课题尚需深入研究的方面。
[Abstract]:The steel structure residence has the advantages of good seismic performance, fast construction speed, recycling and so on, which accords with the requirements of housing industrialization and sustainable development. With the increasing output of steel in our country and the maturity of steel structure design and installation technology, the development of steel structure housing industry has become a new proposition in the process of housing industrialization in our country. At present, various parts of our country actively participate in the research and practice of this system, and have a number of construction experience and scientific and technological achievements of the pilot project of steel structure housing. However, a large number of problems restricting the development of steel structure housing have been found in the construction practice. This paper takes the multi-high-rise steel structure residence as the research object, through the data collection, the analysis and comparison, the case design, probes into the existing problems of the steel structure residence at present, and puts forward the feasible solution according to the concrete example. It provides reference for the design of steel structure residence in the future. The main work and research results of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of reading and consulting the relevant data of steel structure housing in our country, this paper summarizes the construction situation and the advantages and disadvantages of common structure system of multi-storey steel structure residence in our country. Through on-the-spot investigation of the built projects, the design data are analyzed, and the key problems restricting the development of steel-structured residential buildings in China are deeply analyzed from the aspects of structural system, architectural function, and supporting facilities, etc. Secondly, the scheme design of two representative steel structure houses, that is, the representative 11 stories of small high-rise buildings and the 19-story representative stories of high-rise buildings, is carried out, including the design of building unit type, the design of anti-lateral force structure system, the selection of envelope materials, and so on. In the process of design, we pay attention to the close cooperation between architecture and structure, find out the most suitable design and structure scheme, discuss the concrete solution to the existing problems of steel structure residence, and provide a reference for the design of steel structure residence in the future. The comprehensive economic performance analysis of the design schemes of middle and high-rise steel structure residence is also carried out in this paper. It is found that the cost of steel structure residence is higher than that of reinforced concrete structure residence, but its self-weight is light. Short construction period and large area of use are indeed superior, long-term comprehensive benefits. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the research in this paper, this paper puts forward some aspects that need to be further studied.
