长沙市湘江大道汇源大厦改造工程变形监测与安全评价

【摘要】:城市繁华地区进行拆除、加固、改建或重建等工程施工,需确保建筑物本身安全,并避免施工对邻近建筑物、地下管线及其他设施的影响。论文结合汇源天桥拆除与汇源大厦裙楼拆除、汇源大厦地下室加固及湘江大道路面恢复工程施工,为保护汇源大厦主楼安全,对汇源大厦沉降(上浮)、汇源大厦倾斜观测、水平位移、地下水位进行观测,并通过监测资料的分析与预测,对汇源天桥拆除及湘江大道恢复工程进行安全评价。(1)对因汇源天桥及汇源大厦裙楼拆除、湘江大道路面恢复等工程施工过程中,汇源大厦沉降(上浮)、汇源大厦倾斜观测、地下室位移及地下水位等监测成果进行分析,获得汇源大厦沉降、倾斜、水平位移及地下水位等参数变化规律,总结汇源大厦移动与变形特征,并分析其限差值;对沉降监测数据和位移监测数据采用对数模型进行拟合分析,并计算预测值及残差值,绘制相应点的预测曲线及残差图,指导施工。(2)运用模糊综合评判基本原理,采用多级模糊评价模型对拆除工程影响的汇源大厦进行安全评判。将汇源大厦安全性看作是由汇源大厦沉降B1、汇源大厦倾斜B2、水平位移B3、地下水位变化B4等因素组成的模糊集合(称为因素集U),确定这些因素所能选取的评价等级,并根据各因素在评价对象中的权重分配计算(称为模糊矩阵合成),求出评价定量解。结果表明:建筑物部分拆除开始时、建筑物部分拆除进行时、拆除完成一个月后,其安全等级均为Ⅰ级的安全状态。论文通过对汇源大厦沉降、汇源大厦倾斜、地下室水平位移、地下水位变化进行监测,根据相关规范和该工程安全施工要求确立评价控制指标,并通过建立建筑物安全评判模型进行评价。现场监控量测结果和安全评判结果表明,汇源大厦受拆除影响整体处于安全状态。

The variation law of parameters such as horizontal displacement and groundwater level is summarized, and the limit value of Huiyuan mansion is analyzed. The logarithmic model is used to fit and analyze the settlement monitoring data and displacement monitoring data, and the predicted value and residual value are calculated, the prediction curve and residual diagram of the corresponding points are drawn to guide the construction. (2) the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to guide the construction. The multi-stage fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the safety of Huiyuan Building which is affected by demolition project. The safety of Huiyuan Building is regarded as a fuzzy set of factors such as Huiyuan Building settlement B1, Huiyuan Building inclined B2, horizontal displacement B3, groundwater level change B4 (called factor set U),) to determine the evaluation grade that these factors can select. According to the weight distribution calculation (called fuzzy matrix composition) of each factor in the evaluation object, the quantitative evaluation solution is obtained.
