江苏省国家历史文化名城中城市管理示范路设计定位与空间影响研究

【摘要】：随着城市化程度的日益提高,人们的生活水平得到了很大改善,与此同时,一些问题也显现出来,如老城区中一些20世纪70-80年代建造的建筑和街道环境的衰败影响了城市的面貌等。为了提高人们的生活品质,提升城市形象,增强人们的保护意识,这些建筑及其所在的街道面临着改造更新的问题。自2006年江苏省住房和城乡建设厅第一次提出打造市容管理示范路的初步意见,江苏省各个省辖市便大力开展以保护与更新城市街道景观为主题的“江苏省城市管理示范路”的创建活动。“城市管理示范路”的重点在于物质空间和街道风貌的整治上,而非名称中的“管理”二字。很多城市管理示范路的整治建设发生在江苏省国家历史文化名城之中,成功案例众多。但目前关于历史文化名城的示范路建设经验缺乏认真总结,建设标准也并未充分反映在相关评建标准之中,以至于国家历史文化名城建设要求与示范路标准之间存在一定的落差和错位。鉴于此,本文着眼于对江苏省城市管理示范路的分析,以江苏省历史文化名城这个大环境为研究背景,结合实际的工程案例和项目实践,研读在这个大环境下对城市管理示范路的评判标准。最终总结出城市管理示范路在国家历史文化名城中的设计定位及对名城保护的空间影响和应对策略,提出对城市管理示范路相关政策的建议,以期通过研究获得具有普遍指导实践意义的经验。
[Abstract]:With the increasing degree of urbanization, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and at the same time, some problems have also emerged. For example, the decline of buildings and streets built in the 1970s and 1980s in the old city affected the face of the city. In order to improve the quality of life, improve the image of the city, and enhance people's awareness of protection, these buildings and their streets are facing the problem of renovation and renewal. Since 2006, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development put forward for the first time a preliminary proposal to build a model road for city appearance management. The city management demonstration road of Jiangsu Province is set up with the theme of protecting and renewing the city street landscape in Jiangsu Province by the municipalities under the Central Government of Jiangsu Province. The emphasis of Urban Management demonstration Road is the renovation of material space and street style, not the word "management" in the name of "city management demonstration road". The renovation and construction of many city management demonstration roads take place in the national historical and cultural cities of Jiangsu Province, and there are many successful cases. However, at present, there is a lack of careful summary of the experience of the construction of demonstration roads in historic and cultural cities, and the construction standards have not been fully reflected in the relevant evaluation standards. So that the national historical and cultural city construction requirements and demonstration road standards there is a certain gap and dislocation. In view of this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the urban management demonstration road in Jiangsu Province, taking the historical and cultural city of Jiangsu Province as the research background, combining the actual engineering cases and project practice, Study on the evaluation criteria of urban management demonstration road in this environment. Finally, it summarizes the design orientation of the city management demonstration road in the national historical and cultural famous city, the spatial influence on the protection of the famous city and the countermeasures, and puts forward some suggestions on the related policies of the city management demonstration road. In order to obtain the experience with universal guiding practical significance through the research.
