污水提升泵站的节能方法研究

【摘要】:污水提升泵站是城市排水系统不可缺少的一部分,承担着城市生活污水、生产废水排放任务,保障了城市健康发展,给人们生活提供了良好的居住环境。 本文针对国内城市污水提升泵站运行管理过程中存在的一些能耗问题进行了分析总结,提出一系列节能降耗的方法,并阐述其具体的节能原理。着重就水泵选型、泵的启闭控制、泵站前池流态对泵站节能的影响进行了研究。 一般水泵选型是以远期设计扬程和流量作为依据,本论文在此基础上,考虑了近远期平均时流量和逐年流量变化值的影响,优选出年费用最低的水泵选型组合,,为设计人员提供一种更为全面的水泵选型方法。 污水提升泵站运行时的水位变化对水泵启闭数量以及调定泵的搭配运行有一定的影响,本论文以能耗最优为目标,流量、运行效率以及水泵台数为约束条件,利用JAVA软件编程,得到水位差与组合泵启闭台数调节的关系,从而有利于泵站操作人员快速、精确地对泵站进行调节。 泵站前池的流态也是影响水泵吸水效率的一个关键因素,本文借助CFD工具,对泵站前池进行流态模拟,为前池改造提供依据,从而达到泵站节能的效果,结果表明,设置1.5m分隔墙是最佳前池改造方式。
[Abstract]:Sewage lifting pump station is an indispensable part of the urban drainage system. It undertakes the task of municipal sewage discharge and production wastewater discharge, which guarantees the healthy development of the city and provides a good living environment for people's lives. In this paper, some energy consumption problems existing in the operation and management of domestic municipal sewage lifting pumping stations are analyzed and summarized, and a series of methods of energy saving and consumption reduction are put forward, and the specific energy saving principles are expounded. The influence of pump type selection, opening and closing control of pump and flow pattern in front of pump station on energy saving of pump station is studied in this paper. The general pump selection is based on the forward design head and flow rate. On this basis, the paper considers the influence of the average flow rate and the annual flow rate change value in the near and long term, and optimizes the selection combination of the water pump with the lowest annual cost. It provides a more comprehensive method of pump selection for designers. The change of water level during the operation of sewage lifting pumping station has certain influence on the quantity of pump opening and closing and the matching operation of regulated pump. In this paper, the optimal energy consumption is the goal, the flow rate, the operating efficiency and the number of pump stations are the constraint conditions, and the JAVA software is used to program the pump. The relationship between the water level difference and the number of opening and closing units of the combined pump is obtained, which is helpful for the operator of the pump station to adjust the pump station quickly and accurately. The flow pattern of the front pool of the pump station is also a key factor affecting the pump suction efficiency. This paper simulates the flow pattern of the front pool of the pump station with the help of the CFD tool, which provides the basis for the reconstruction of the front pool, and thus achieves the energy saving effect of the pump station. Setting 1.5 m separation wall is the best way to reform the front pool.
