花岗岩三轴蠕变过程特征分析及本构模型研究

【摘要】:深部岩体工程的长期稳定性与围岩的时效变形特性有着紧密的联系,硬岩在高地应力作用下会呈现出流变特性。采用TAW-2000岩石三轴试验机,对花岗岩试件在三轴压缩条件下进行了蠕变特性试验。依据试验所得结果,通过理论与数值分析等手段,分析了花岗岩在蠕变过程中的变形规律、体积时效性变化特征以及蠕变破坏形式。结果表明:花岗岩在蠕变过程中总变形以瞬时变形为主,径向比轴向更加具有时效变形特性;当加载到破坏应力时,径向与轴向变形之间呈现出近似线性变化规律,且径向发生加速蠕变会提前于轴向,最终发生蠕变破坏的形式为脆性剪切破坏;花岗岩体积时效变形特征呈现出与花岗岩蠕变变形特征的同步性,在较高应力水平持续作用时,岩石内部裂纹开始扩展,导致扩容现象产生,同时损伤开始演化积累,导致岩石内部性能劣化;根据试验分析结果,基于西原模型和损伤理论构建了非线性蠕变损伤模型,并利用最小二乘法对模型中的参数进行了辨识,蠕变试验曲线与模型曲线的良好的吻合程度,验证了该非线性蠕变损伤模型对于岩石全过程蠕变特征描述的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:The long-term stability of deep rock mass engineering is closely related to the time-dependent deformation characteristics of surrounding rock, and the hard rock will show rheological characteristics under the action of high altitude stress. The creep properties of granite specimens under triaxial compression were tested by TAW-2000 rock triaxial testing machine. According to the experimental results and by means of theoretical and numerical analysis, the deformation law, the time-varying characteristics of volume and the forms of creep failure of granite during creep are analyzed. The results show that the total deformation of granite during creep is mainly instantaneous deformation, and the radial deformation is more age-dependent than axial deformation. When loading to the failure stress, there is an approximate linear variation law between radial deformation and axial deformation, and the radial accelerated creep will be ahead of the axial direction, and the ultimate creep failure form is brittle shear failure. The characteristics of granite volume aging deformation are synchronous with those of granite creep deformation. When the high stress level continues to act, the crack in the rock begins to expand, which leads to the expansion of capacity, and the damage begins to evolve and accumulate at the same time. It leads to the deterioration of the internal performance of the rock; According to the experimental results, the nonlinear creep damage model is constructed based on the Xiyuan model and damage theory, and the parameters in the model are identified by the least square method. The creep test curve is in good agreement with the model curve. The rationality and feasibility of the nonlinear creep damage model for describing the creep characteristics of rock during the whole process are verified.
