石材在园林景观工程中的应用方法研究

【摘要】:石材作为建设行业的重要材料,自古到今都发挥着重要作用。特别是随着近代城镇化高速发展,城市建设力度加大,对石材的需求也越来越大。2000~2010年间,中国已成为世界上较大石材贸易国,,不但大量进口石材,还大量出口国产优质石材,在世界石材市场上占有比较重要的地位和作用,以此也促进了石材在园林材业的高速发展。石材是我国建设行业的重要基础材料,有着巨大的发展空间。随着应用越来越广泛,在实践应用中突显的石材技术质量问题也越来越多。很多实际园林工程中,由于专业人员对石材的特性把握不足,导致很多的问题出现,使很多产品返工或被遗弃,造成了极大的资源浪费。因此本文将从石材的特性和施工工艺出发,分析归纳出石材在园林景观应用中容易出现的各种技术问题及注意事项,总结介绍常规解决方法,以期能为景观行业者提供石材应用相关详细指导,避免出现一些常规性质量问题。 文章主要从三大部分论述了石材在园林景观工程方面的应用技术问题: 第一部分,分析了石材的大略发展现状和研究意义。综合论述了石材的各种分类,以及在园林景观方面石材的特殊分类和特点,并阐述了各种类型的石材在景观应用中的使用状况和特点,以指导从业者更深更好的了解石材基本分类情况和特性,更好的为工程实践服务。 第二部分,主要从石材在园林景观工程中各个阶段的使用情况出发,分别论述了石材在设计阶段,施工阶段,后期养护管理阶段各种应用技术问题。首先描述了石材的命名、石材的饰面、石材的光泽度和颜色等等各方面基本特性,使石材使用者能更好的理解、方便查阅,设计出符合石材特性的优良作品。并从石材的色差、石材的砌筑、石材的空鼓、石材的平铺技术和泛碱等等方面论述了石材在施工阶段要注意的事项,使从业者能从石材的选购到石材的施工铺贴,全方面的把控石材。避免一些常见的技术性问题,使工程能更好更快的符合设计要求,从而减少一些没必要的返工,达到高效节约的目的。 第三部分,最后展望了石材的发展趋势,阐明了未来各种新技术对石材造成的影响,并进行概况总结。
[Abstract]:Stone, as an important material in the construction industry, has played an important role since ancient times. Especially with the rapid development of urbanization in modern times, the strength of urban construction has increased, and the demand for stone has become greater and greater. In 2000 / 2010, China has become a larger trading country of stone in the world, not only importing a large number of stone materials, It also exports a large number of domestic high-quality stone, which plays an important role in the world stone market, thus promoting the high-speed development of stone in the garden industry. Stone is an important basic material in the construction industry of our country, and has great development space. As the application becomes more and more extensive, there are more and more problems about the quality of stone technology in practical application. Many practical garden projects, due to the lack of professional grasp of the characteristics of stone, resulting in a lot of problems, so that many products are reworked or abandoned, resulting in a great waste of resources. Therefore, this paper will start from the characteristics and construction technology of stone, analyze and sum up all kinds of technical problems and matters needing attention in the application of stone in garden landscape, and summarize and introduce the conventional solutions. In order to provide the landscape industry with detailed guidance on the application of stone, avoid some conventional quality problems. This paper mainly discusses the application of stone in landscape engineering from three parts: the first part analyzes the general development of stone and the significance of research. The classification of stone, the special classification and characteristics of stone in garden landscape are discussed, and the application of various types of stone in landscape application is expounded. In order to guide practitioners to better understand the basic classification and characteristics of stone, better for engineering practice. The second part, starting from the use of stone in each stage of landscape engineering, discusses the technical problems of stone application in the design stage, construction stage and post-maintenance management stage respectively. First of all, it describes the basic characteristics of stone, such as naming, decoration, gloss and color of stone, so that stone users can better understand, easily consult, and design excellent works which accord with the characteristics of stone. From the aspects of color difference of stone, masonry of stone, empty drum of stone, tiling technology of stone and pan-alkali and so on, this paper discusses the matters needing attention in the construction stage of stone, so that practitioners can choose and buy stone from the selection and purchase of stone to the construction of stone. All aspects of the control of stone. Avoid some common technical problems, so that the project can meet the design requirements better and faster, so as to reduce some unnecessary rework and achieve the purpose of high efficiency and saving. In the third part, the development trend of the stone is prospected, and the influence of various new technologies on the stone in the future is expounded, and the general situation is summarized.
