烟台职业学院实训楼项目质量控制研究

【摘要】:近年来随着我国国民经济的持续高速发展,建筑业也进入了一个蓬勃成长的时期,大量的建筑产品建成并投入使用。但由于一些建筑工程项目的质量未能得到有效的控制,造成建筑产品质量低劣,甚至发生了许多重大工程质量事故,这不仅给人民的人身安全和财产造成重大危害和损失,更影响到了社会的安定局面。尤其在当前高等教育事业大发展的阶段,高校的基建规模不断扩大,工程质量管理任务十分繁重,高校建筑工程质量安全问题也很突出,涉及广大师生安全和学校根本利益的工程质量问题也时有发生。因此对建筑工程项目的质量控制进行研究,进而提高建筑工程质量,具有重要的现实意义。本文以烟台职业学院实训教学楼建设工程项目为例,对建筑工程项目质量控制理论进行了研究,并结合实训楼建设项目,将质量控制的相关理论投入到实际运用当中,还分析了高校基建工作中存在的一些特有问题,并对这些问题提出了相应的解决方法。论文首先介绍了选题背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法、创新点与不足,并对建筑工程项目质量基本原理、项目质量控制基本原理以及项目质量控制工具等相关理论进行概述。通过对烟台职业学院实训楼项目的立项背景及基本情况的研究,分析了影响实训楼建设项目质量的各种因素,如:场地、技术、人员、机械、材料等方面,由此提出实训教学楼质量控制的措施:利用三阶段质量控制理论和一些技术工具对项目进行事前、事中、事后三个阶段的质量控制。在事前控制阶段对影响质量控制的几个关键点进行了施工前的准备工作,如:项目施工现场准备、技术准备、劳动力需求准备、材料需求准备、机械设备需求准备,并强调了事前控制在质量控制过程中的重要性;在事中控制阶段重点抓住关键、特殊的工序,如:回填土方、钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程、装饰工程、卫生间施工、抹灰镶贴工程,并将这些工序设置质量控制点,从技术的角度提出了质量控制的具体措施,对关键工序做出了质量控制图;在事后控制阶段,重点抓住竣工验收及竣工材料管理收集等环节,对质量控制的结果做出评定,及时纠正与质量控制目标存在的偏差,以保证工程项目达到校方的使用需求并便于项目将来的使用及维修。在经过了三阶段质量控制后,进二步分析在实施过程中可能存在的问题,提出质量控制的保证措施,找出解决办法,如:建立项目质量保证体系、成立项目质量管理机构、强化质量管理的宣传教育工作、制定质量管理相关制度、加强工程监理工作等措施,最终为烟台职业学院实训楼的建设提供了质量保障。通过本文的研究丰富了项目质量控制的相关理论,论证了相关技术方法在项目质量控制中的应用价值,为建筑工程项目质量控制,尤其是高校的基建项目质量控制带来一定的启发。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained and high-speed development of our national economy, the construction industry has also entered a period of vigorous growth, and a large number of construction products have been completed and put into use. However, due to the lack of effective control over the quality of some construction projects, the quality of construction products is poor, and there are even many major engineering quality accidents, which not only cause great harm and loss to the people's personal safety and property, It also affects the stability of the society. Especially in the current stage of the great development of higher education, the scale of capital construction in colleges and universities continues to expand, the task of engineering quality management is very onerous, and the problem of quality and safety of construction projects in colleges and universities is also very prominent. Engineering quality problems involving the safety of teachers and students and the fundamental interests of the school also occur from time to time. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality control of construction projects and to improve the quality of construction projects. Taking the construction project of practical training teaching building in Yantai Vocational College as an example, this paper studies the quality control theory of construction project, and puts the relevant theory of quality control into practical application combined with the construction project of practical training building. This paper also analyzes some special problems existing in the construction work of colleges and universities, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to these problems. Firstly, the thesis introduces the background, research significance, research status, research methods, innovation points and shortcomings, and the basic principles of the quality of construction projects. The basic principle of project quality control and related theories such as project quality control tools are summarized. Based on the research on the project background and basic situation of the practical training building project in Yantai Vocational College, this paper analyzes the various factors affecting the quality of the practical training building construction project, such as site, technology, personnel, machinery, materials and so on. Therefore, the measures for quality control of training teaching building are put forward: using the theory of three-stage quality control and some technical tools to control the quality of the project in advance, during and after the project. In the pre-control phase, several key points affecting quality control are prepared before construction, such as: project construction site preparation, technical preparation, labor demand preparation, material demand preparation, mechanical equipment requirements preparation, and the construction site preparation, the technical preparation, the labor demand preparation, the material requirement preparation, and the mechanical equipment requirement preparation. The importance of pre-control in the process of quality control is emphasized. In the control phase, the key, special processes, such as backfill, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, decoration, toilet construction, plastering and inlaying, are focused on, and quality control points are set up in these processes, for example, backfill, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, decoration, toilet construction, and plastering. From the point of view of technology, the concrete measures of quality control are put forward, and the quality control chart is made for the key processes. In the post-event control stage, the emphasis should be placed on the completion acceptance and collection of completed materials, the evaluation of the results of quality control, and the timely correction of the deviation between the objectives of quality control and the results of quality control. To ensure that the project meets the needs of the school and facilitate future use and maintenance of the project. After three stages of quality control, the possible problems in the process of implementation are analyzed in two steps, the guarantee measures of quality control are put forward, and the solutions are found, such as the establishment of project quality assurance system, the establishment of project quality management institution, and the establishment of project quality control system. The measures, such as strengthening the publicity and education of quality management, formulating the relevant system of quality management and strengthening the project supervision work, provide the quality guarantee for the construction of the practical training building in Yantai Vocational College. The research of this paper enriches the relevant theory of project quality control, demonstrates the application value of related technical methods in project quality control, which is the quality control of construction project. In particular, the quality control of capital construction projects in colleges and universities brings some inspiration.
