粗集料及掺合料对自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土性能影响研究

【摘要】:我国是以煤炭为主要能源的国家,煤炭开采产生的煤矸石是最大宗的工业固体废弃物,其对环境造成的污染引起了人们的广泛关注。因此,煤矸石减量化、资源化和规模化利用迫在眉睫。煤矸石的组成和性质决定了在建材领域应用的可能性,而煤矸石在建材领域的资源化利用,是规模化消纳煤矸石的最佳途径。本课题是国家自然科学基金委员会与神华集团有限公司联合资助项目—“煤矸石在水泥和混凝土中资源化利用关键科学问题研究”(U1261122)的子项目,取得的所有研究成果都是在该基金的资助下完成的。课题采用现场调研及取样、试验研究和理论分析等综合方法,通过单因素对比试验、正交试验,研究自燃煤矸石粗集料的预处理、复掺矿物掺合料等对自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土性能的影响及规律,试图解决自燃煤矸石粗集料混凝土广泛应用的瓶颈问题,取得以下主要研究成果:自燃煤矸石粗集料的吸水速度较快,20min可以达到饱和吸水率的95%;吸水速度随吸水时间的延长而变化,大致可分为三个阶段,建立了自燃煤矸石粗集料吸水量与吸水时间之间的定量关系式。当自燃煤矸石粗集料附加水为吸水率的80%,且提前1h吮水润湿,自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土在保证强度等级要求的前提下,能实现预拌混凝土的大流动性配制要求。正交试验结果显示,硅灰掺量对自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土拌合物工作性、硬化强度以及抗氯离子渗透等性能影响都特别显著。但当掺量较小时,对混凝土抗冻性能影响不显著;粉煤灰掺量对拌合物的工作性、抗冻性能的影响特别显著,对28d抗压强度影响显著,对抗氯离子渗透的影响不显著。
[Abstract]:The coal gangue produced by coal mining is the largest industrial solid waste in China, and its pollution to the environment has aroused widespread concern. Therefore, it is urgent to reduce coal gangue, resource utilization and large-scale utilization. The composition and properties of coal gangue determine the possibility of application in the field of building materials, and the resource utilization of coal gangue in the field of building materials is the best way to absorb coal gangue on a large scale. This project is a sub-project of "Research on key Scientific problems of Resource Utilization of Coal gangue in cement and concrete" (U1261122), which is jointly supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. All the research results achieved have been completed with the support of the Fund. In this paper, field investigation and sampling, experimental research and theoretical analysis are adopted to study the pretreatment of coarse aggregate of coal-fired gangue through single factor contrast test and orthogonal test. The influence of mineral admixture on the performance of self-combustion gangue sand lightweight concrete and so on, in order to solve the bottleneck problem of the wide application of coal-fired gangue coarse aggregate concrete. The main research results are as follows: the water absorption rate of coarse aggregate from coal-fired gangue is faster, and 20min can reach 95% of saturated water absorption rate; The water absorption rate varies with the increase of water absorption time and can be divided into three stages. The quantitative relationship between water absorption and water absorption time of coal-fired gangue coarse aggregate is established. When the additional water of the coarse aggregate of self-fired gangue is 80% of the water absorption rate and the moisture is sucked 1 hour in advance, the self-burning gangue sand light concrete can meet the requirement of large mobility of ready-mixed concrete under the premise of ensuring the strength grade. The results of orthogonal test show that the content of silica fume has a significant effect on the workability, hardening strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of spontaneous combustion gangue sand light concrete mixture. However, when the content of fly ash is small, it has no significant effect on the frost resistance of concrete, but the content of fly ash has a significant effect on the workability and frost resistance of the mixture, but has a significant effect on the compressive strength of 28 days, but has no significant effect on chloride ion penetration.
