基于公交导向的杭州城市空间轴向发展研究

【摘要】:随着城市人口和经济的发展,城市空间逐步由主中心城区向郊区扩散。与国内许多大城市一样,杭州市近些年的城市空间发展也出现了无序蔓延的势头,土地利用程度较低。鉴于此,本文针对性地提出以公共交通为导向的城市空间轴向发展模式,是对我国大城市空间轴向发展的一次实证研究。 论文首先在对相关理论和国内外轴向思想的实践案例进行梳理的基础上,分别从轴的概念、构成、类型等方面阐述轴的特征,并指出轴在不同的空间发展模式和城市空间结构中所体现的不同的特征和发挥的不同的功能。其次,论述了城市空间轴向发展的动力机制,包括交通干线、用地组织、居民出行特征和政策制度等四个方面的影响因素。最后,在实证方面,本文以杭州为主要研究对象,对杭州城市空间未来发展模式进行重新思考和探索,探索了杭州城市以公共交通为导向的城市空间轴向发展模式,重点论述了杭州城市功能集聚体系和多中心空间组织、TOD和轴线体系组织、轴间楔形空间的保护利用。 论文旨在初步建立城市空间轴向发展模式的研究框架,并通过研究处于关键转型期的杭州加强轴向发展的实证研究和规划验证,为杭州及国内若干正在或即将经历这个阶段的大城市提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban population and economy, urban space gradually spreads from the main central city to the suburbs. Like many big cities in China, the development of urban space in Hangzhou in recent years has also appeared the momentum of disorderly spread, and the degree of land use is low. In view of this, this paper puts forward the axial development model of urban space guided by public transport, which is an empirical study on the axial development of urban space in large cities in China. First of all, on the basis of combing the relevant theories and practical cases of axial thought at home and abroad, this paper expounds the characteristics of the axis from the aspects of the concept, composition and type of the axis. It is pointed out that the axis embodies different characteristics and different functions in different spatial development models and urban spatial structure. Secondly, it discusses the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial axial development, including four influencing factors: traffic trunk line, land use organization, resident travel characteristics and policy system. Finally, in the empirical aspect, this paper takes Hangzhou as the main research object, rethinks and explores the future development model of Hangzhou urban space, and explores the urban spatial axial development model guided by public transport in Hangzhou. This paper focuses on the urban functional agglomeration system and multi-center spatial organization, TOD and axis system organization, and the protection and utilization of wedged space between shafts. The purpose of this paper is to establish the research framework of the axial development model of urban space, and to verify the empirical research and planning of strengthening the axial development of Hangzhou, which is in the critical transition period. It provides reference and reference for Hangzhou and some big cities in China that are going through this stage or are about to go through this stage.
