沈阳地区商业综合体的建筑设计研究

【摘要】：伴随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平愈来愈高,对生活质量的标准也愈来愈高。人们开始更重视消费的环境和质量。城市里人口数量不断增加,可利用的土地却非常有限,大量的私家车不但给城市交通带来压力,也给我们的环境造成了污染。人们渐渐发现单一功能的建筑已经不能完全应对社会的需求。于是人们将商业、办公、酒店、住宅和文化娱乐设施等多种不同的功能复合在一起,商业综合体便就此形成,成为处理比较大的城市问题的有用的方法,对经济效益以及社会效益都有帮助。本课题根据沈阳地区的地域特点及现有的商业综合体的实际情况,在对沈阳商业和综合体的设计依据和设计方法上进行研究,总结出沈阳地区商业综合体的特点及在设计过程中应该注意的问题。希望能对沈阳商业综合体以后的设计中起到一定的参考借鉴的作用,使沈阳的商业和综合体更加顺利有序的发展。本文共五章,第一章为绪论,阐述论文的背景的研究,以及目的意义和方法,对商业综合体的概述,介绍沈阳地区商业综合体的特点发展及制约因素；第二章介绍沈阳商业综合体的功能系统与空间组织,及它们之间的关系；第三章介绍商业综合体的交通组织与安全设计；第四章对商业和综合体的建造技术与节能设计进行说明分析；第五章针对工程实例：沈阳丰瑞·威士顿广场进行案例分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's living standard is getting higher and higher, and the standard of quality of life is getting higher and higher. People begin to pay more attention to the environment and quality of consumption. The population in the city is increasing, but the available land is very limited. A large number of private cars not only bring pressure to the urban traffic, but also cause pollution to our environment. People gradually find that single-function buildings can no longer fully meet the needs of society. As a result, people combine a variety of different functions, such as commerce, office, hotel, housing and cultural and entertainment facilities, and the commercial complex is formed, which has become a useful way to deal with the larger urban problems. It is helpful to both economic and social benefits. According to the regional characteristics of Shenyang area and the actual situation of the existing commercial complex, this paper studies the design basis and design method of Shenyang commercial and complex. The characteristics of Shenyang commercial complex and the problems that should be paid attention to in the design process are summarized. It is hoped that it can play a certain reference role in the design of Shenyang commercial complex in the future, and make the commercial and complex development of Shenyang more smoothly and orderly. This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the background of the paper, as well as the purpose, significance and methods, an overview of the commercial complex, and introduces the characteristics, development and restrictive factors of the commercial complex in Shenyang. The second chapter introduces the functional system and spatial organization of Shenyang commercial complex, and the relationship between them, the third chapter introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex, the third chapter introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex, and introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex. The fourth chapter explains and analyzes the construction technology and energy saving design of commercial and complex, and the fifth chapter analyzes the case of Shenyang Fengrui Wheaton Square.
