动力离心试验常规点位式量测技术改进方法

【摘要】:动力离心试验的先进性和有效性已在国内外岩土地震工程界形成广泛共识,但其优越性的充分发挥需要可靠量测技术作为基础。总结了动力离心试验点位式量测技术常发生的故障形式,探讨了孔隙水压、加速度和位移3种常规点位式传感器设计和量测改进方法,用以提高试验数据可靠性,采用分体式结构孔隙水压力计增强了故障应急能力和试验可控性,用真空去离子饱和法提高透水石饱和速率和质量,加速度计采用分体式结构,提高了试验操作性和核心元件利用率,采用橡胶密封技术减小了动荷载中沉降和倾斜发生率。提出加速度计和位移计联合测试与布设方法,可以获取更为准确的土体内侧向位移变化过程,具有较好灵活性。
[Abstract]:The advanced and effective dynamic centrifugal test has reached a wide consensus in the field of geotechnical seismic engineering at home and abroad, but the full play of its advantages needs reliable measurement technology as the basis. This paper summarizes the common fault forms of dynamic centrifugal test point position measurement technology, and probes into three conventional point position sensors design and measurement improvement methods of pore water pressure, acceleration and displacement, which are used to improve the reliability of test data. The fault emergency ability and test controllability are enhanced by using split structure pore water pressure gauge, and the saturation rate and quality of permeable stone are improved by vacuum deionization saturation method. The accelerometer adopts split structure, which improves the operation of the test and the utilization ratio of the core components, and the rubber sealing technology is used to reduce the incidence of settlement and tilt in the dynamic load. The joint test and arrangement method of accelerometer and displacement meter is put forward, which can obtain more accurate inner displacement change process of soil and has good flexibility.
